First time I have ever waited more than 5 minutes for a cup of coffee. 20 to be more exact. Now if there is a legitimate reason it takes that long okay. Iāll accept that and wonāt complain. However, there were at least 5 people standing waiting for their coffee for just as long as we did. When I first ordered there was on girl working the register. One guy making drinks, a girl cleaning dishes and at least one other in the back. The guy making drinks clocks out or goes on break or something. I donāt know. All I know is he must have needed that break cause I would hope that exhaustion was the reason he was moving as slow as he was and heās not just actually that slow. Regardless this leave cash register lady making drinks, taking orders, and putting things in and out of the oven while the other woman cleans. I understand things need cleaning. But there were customers who needed coffee and Starbucks is after all a coffee shop and not a dish cleaning shop. I did not walk in starbucks thinking āGee I just canāt wait to order a coffee and enjoy partaking in watching an employee do dishes while I wait 20 minutesā. Ā Ā Ā Read morei have been to this starbucks many times because my mom was the manager so i get along with the employees very well. when i walk up to the register they automatically know what i'm going to order. it's a good friendly environment but lately my visits have been unpleasant. i've had an issue in the past with racquel when i had went it with a free tall drink receipt. she was on the register taking my order when i handed her the receipt and she instantly had an attitude. she huffed & puffed at me while mumbling under her breath because she didn't know how to take my order and she had immediately called for help. i had went in 2 days in a row last week. both times she was working she had an attitude while giving me dirty looks. she would pull other employees to the side just for them to look/talk about me along with her. when my order was done she didn't call it out, she just set it down on the counter waiting for me to figure out...

They can sell you broken goods and not do anything about it because they're not actually "Starbucks". Don't accept a Starbucks gift card to begin with if you won't put the money back on it. Exchange for what? Another defective leaking cup? it couldnt even hold the water you wash it with.
