Do yourself a favor and stay away from this place. Yesterday my wife and I decided to give this place a try since we received their flyer in the mail. Their menu/flyer looks good and even comes a few coupons, so I called. I placed an order for delivery of a 30 piece wing since there was a coupon for 30 wings for $25. The lady taking my order informed me that tjat deal does nor exist anymore, the deal now is $30 for a 25 piece, in which I responded ok. I asked if they can split my wings in three 10 mild, 10 Jenny hot, it's their hottest and 5 plain. The total for my order came out to be $34 including delivery charge and tax. Fast forward, wings arrive. I go out side and the delivery driver is checking the order pulling the Styrofoam trays out placing them on the concrete floor. Not acceptable in any case. So now I'm inside cleaned off the bottom of the trays and opening them up. At first glance everything looks fine, my wife grand one of the plain wings and puts it down quick, I ask her what's wrong she says "it doesn't taste like anything" I told her of course there plain. Once the other two trays were open there isn't much of a difference between the mild and Jenny hot except a bunch of dried up jalapeno. The wings were horrible. The wings were baked, no issue with that, but they were not seasoned at all. Dominos has better tastes, in fact we had some left over sauce from dominos that we used on these restless wings. The wings tasted as if you they were taken straight out of a packaging and thrown in the oven then drizzled with buffalo sauce. I normally don't do reviews bit this place asked for it. Please stay away, I rather spend my money at little Caesars dominos...

This was our first time trying this place. We were super excited as most little pizza shops tend to be really good. Sadly this was no better than Dominos pizza and WAY more expensive. I ordered a thin crust pizza and got charged an additional 3 dollars for LESS crust. I have never heard of that in my life. We ordered boneless wings that were complete mush and below temp.

They are very pushy about tipping them by placing a jar up front coupled with a tip line on your receipt. I’m not sure why an owner would allow the tip jars for cooks? It doesn’t look great on the business owner. The prices being charged for the food and the lack of quality tells me the owner should be able to pay them more than enough per hour without the assistance of tips. I will tip for delivery, sit down meals, or anything I get simply because I don’t wanna do it myself but there’s a limit to that. I already pay premium prices for someone to cook the food and box it up so there should be absolutely zero expectation for additional tips. That’s absurd.

Last but not least there were some serious sanitary issues taking place. Every bit of the food was being touched without gloves. Bare hands were being used to prepare every last bit of the food which is absolutely disgusting and a serious health violation. We certainly will...

Tried calling to place an order but after several attempts, the phone kept ringing so I called the Maine St location and the nice lady actually assured me they were open and she would reach out to check why they weren't answering she was able to get in touch with them and told me to try calling back so I call they answered so I tried ordering the wake and bake (coupon offered online)from Stoners on Southside where I was told they didn't offer that coupon anymore the only coupon they had was the bigger pizza coupon I was confused because it's online as an option I eat at the Main St location all the time so I placed the order with the rude young lady that answered. I then call back to the Main St location to see if I could use the coupon there she said yes so I choose to drive 20 mins away from the one I live by to get the coupon and not have to deal with the lack of customer service I call back to Southside location to cancel my order and the rude young lady hangs up on me the moment I said I wanted to cancel this location will not have to worry about me using them I will drive out of my way to have better...
