Subway — Restaurant in Jacksonville

My experience at this subway was like no other, usually I am greeted with a friendly welcome and the employee Washing their hands before making my subs. Not at this one when I came in both employees were sitting in the lobby on their cell phones procrastinating on taking my order I stood there for at least 30 seconds before they decided which one was going to make my order. Then the gentleman goes straight from his phone to putting his hands in gloves to make my sandwich only greeting my with a “whatcha having” at that point I told the gentleman, which I believe his name was Austin, to not worry about it thank you anyways and he gave me a snobby remark for making him get out of his seat for no reason. Ordered Sub thru Subway website for delivery. It was not delivered. I called Store and they told me it was not their issue and to contact Doordash. I didn’t order thru doordash so I had to leave work and drive up to the Subway only to be treated horribly by the manager Kayla. She yelled at me that she didn’t work for doordash and it wasn’t her problem. When I AGAIN tried to explain I ordered directly through Subway. She yelled across the store “ Not my problem” It’s now a month and 1/2 later and I still have no refund. Although my bank did tell me the charge was initially voided later that day but SOMEONE at Subway reprocessed it as a new charge several hours later. I come visit Jacksonville once a month with my family sometimes for lunch we get subway. Last time we got it there was a lady very helpful and sweet. But this time there was a darker bigger man helping us. There were flys all around and in the food. One in the cookie stand. One on the bacon (which didn’t look to appealing).. and he was just saying random stuff that didn’t make sense AT ALL.. and the end he asked if we want chips or a drink we told him 2 pretzels.
