The cashier is totally clueless and needs to be retrained! Ordering was like pulling teeth. I asked for a Vanilla matcha latte. She asked me did I want classic syrup? What is that? She couldn't describe it to me. She just said it comes with that syrup. I'm like I don't know what that is or what the difference would be without it. I'm like nevermind just give me a Matcha chai latte. She's like we have Chai and we have Matcha..Right give me a Matcha Chai latte. At this point I'm about to pee on myself because I've been holding it. In my head, I'm thinking I'll just come back to this interrogation after I use the bathroom. I asked, "Can I use the bathroom?" Oh you have to order a drink first. Ridiculous!! I walked out because how are you asking me all these questions like this. Ironically she was of Asian descent and had no clue how to put together a Matcha latte. Don't come here! Her coworker saw her struggling and smirked. No sense of teamwork. Why not help her?! This location is trash! I immediately drove to the Beach Blvd location and ordered a lavender matcha latte with 4 pumps of brown sugar. The lady in the drive through asked me if I wanted to keep the classic syrup it came with. She explained that it was a sweetener, and recommended to keep it in there even with the brown sugar. I took her advice. I paid and even tipped because she...

After they decided to take the conversation over to the window, we ordered our coffees. The lack of consideration from the server/cashier and poor service (no service at all) was incredible. After a 15 minute wait in the drive-through, we were not going to take it anymore, so my husband honked the horn and basically the girl looked at us and went on with her friend. Needless to say we left very frustrated and without our coffees. Terrible experience…and of course we won’t be visiting that location...
Read moreWas physically attacked at this location by a person sitting directly next to the manager. They were having a schizophrenic episode and I began to record for the safety of myself, my partner and the other patrons in the cafe. It was a violent assault and employees/management and company were aware that they were operating in a dangerous neighborhood. Barista told me just about a week before to even a couple days leading up to. A woman held people up for money in the cafe using a hairdryer as the weapon. I’m now pursuing legal action. The barista behind the counter put the person in a chokehold and completely escalated the situation to beyond what the manager was interested in controlling. Nobody locked the doors when the assailant left...
