The customer service at this location is horrible!! I placed 2 online orders here. Picked them up and got home and one of the orders was wrong and also missing the chips. I called and spoke to an employee who said to come back and he would make it for free. Told him I was not able to come back that night so he said come back when he is working and he would take care of it. Stopped by today to pick up the free sub. Called before I went to make sure he was there. Told him I would be there shortly to pick it up. Placed another online order there as well to same some time. When I got there for the free sub he and some girl with a bad attitude told me they can't do the free sub. They both said I should have came back in the same day and brought the other sub. That is NOT what he originally told me when I called him and told him they gave me the wrong sub. He should have said if you don't come back today I can't remake the sub. They should have told me that the day I called them. They also should have said something today when I called them letting them know I would be in to pick it up. They were so RUDE to me and treated me like I was lying and just wanted a few sub. I took the online order I had placed earlier off their to go rack and the girl yelled at me "Is that your sub" like I was stealing it!! I could not believe how horribly they treated me!! Like I was nothing more than a liar and theif!! I will never order or step foot in this subway again. I will go to another subway were they value and treat their customers...
Read moreCame here for the first time for a lunch break. The guy that started making my sandwich was very kind. The woman working, who I believe may be the manager, put toppings on my sandwich but was extremely rude. Did ask what I wanted, made no eye contact, and talked to every other customer walking around and ignored me. Wasn't a big deal till my friend tried to use her Christmas Subway gift card and it wouldn't work. The woman didn't try to help her and just told her to swipe again. When it wouldn't work she just stood there, so i came up and asked what could be done with the card. The woman went on to be rude and say that there was obviously nothing on the card and that it wouldn't work. We read the card and thought from the words on the back that maybe it should be registered. We told her we would try and register it really quick and the woman proceeded to walk away from us, talk under her breath, and make another associate take care of us so she could sit in the lobby and eat whatever food she had. **Mind you there was NO ONE ELSE in line and maybe 2 customers in the store besides us who was already eating. Then when we registered the card, and it read that nothing was on it, the woman decided to tell us that you don't have to register the cards for them to work, and just used a loud and rude tone with us. Read moreSo I go there for lunch occasionally and it so happens today, July 30 2019 was my last day going there unless ownership changes. I walk in and the owner was at the register doing whatever, and completely ignored me. Now I understand busy, however it doesn't take much to say, w"to Subway someone will be with you shortly"he didn't, he didn't even look at me. Now you are the owner, your business is to provide costumer service and make me the customer welcome that they came in. This guy kept his head down until I guess he noticed me staring at him, and still hadn't said one word to me and ended up not saying a word to me. The employee comes out of the bathroom and he looks at her as if she was not doing hey job, so with all that being said, I'll never go back to that Subway because the owner wasn't professional nor welcoming, period! I'm not even hinting racism because the employees are black, but he still could be, but naw, he's just an unprofessional business owner.
