This place is AMAZING!! I ordered a variety of items off the menu for my family of 3 and everything was fantastic. The meat was very tender, juicy, and seasoned to perfection! I got a little bit of everything from the beef ribs, brisket, jerk pork ribs, pork belly, jerk wings and more. I also ordered all the sides as I could not choose between them. My favorite was the mac and cheese! I got a meat pie to eat on the way home and my daughter ended up eating the majority of it. Not only was the food great, the service was fantastic! The cashier was very welcoming and helpful when it came to choosing the meal. She showed me my food as it came out and offered sauces to go. The owner is very genuine and hard working to ensure every meal comes out perfect (better than the picture on the menu). I will be back to try the smoked ox tail as it looked delicious. We ordered around 12:40 over the phone, got there 15 mins later and food was done on arrival as stated.Customer service was top tier.Woman on the phone was very polite she and I even shared a short giggle about her patience, with me being a first time customer.Inside was very clean and smelled of good food.We ordered the beef rib 🤤🤤, pork belly, oxtail sandwich, jerk wings, 2 tropical punch drinks, Mac n cheese, and potato salad. My husband forget to get the drinks, when I called to let them know they were really polite about it and offered refund or to come back and get the drinks I chose the refund. I wish I could say the girl at the counter was friendly and greeting people as they came through the door, but she wasn’t and she didn’t. My food was hot and flavorful unfortunately, I got towards the end of the rack of ribs where they were slightly hard and dried out. The brisket was very tasty, but it was sliced extremely thin. I would say really, my biggest complaint would be cost versus the size of the portions. The two meat combo was $30 which seemed reasonable until you see the small ribs and paper-thin pieces of brisket.
