Garden City E. Public Park — Attraction in Jacksonville

Very very busy.There's bathrooms but they are locked. Which defeated the purpose of me reserving the pavilion for the birthday we planned. Other than that,if you plan on reserving this park. Overall the park is a little run down and lacking a spark of care and consideration from its keepers. It does have great promise though, with its children's playground, basketball courts, tennis courts, outdoor gym, large soccer and baseball fields.
