China Nails — Local services in Jacksonville

The man with the lazy eye is so rude and his attitude sucks ! He has no patience and he hates his job ! First of all he wanted to charge me 35 for a refill Because of the shape of my nails and Gel , but his price board states otherwise 18.00 !!! So I said fine I will just get regular polish which he stated would be 25.00 .. I get to the colors they are all ugly !!! I’m still nice and pick a color I get to him he says he can’t use the one I picked . So I asked since Your polish is not usable can I just use the ones behind the counter he made this big deal I ended up leaving without my nails polished , and I’m really upset like I hope they shut this place down . I hope no one ever comes here mind you I’m 6 months pregnant he was acting like the hormonal one. People should never come to this place everything about it is dry!!! & Dark . I wish I would have read the reviews they are so true ! They are NOT friendly at all !!! I paid my money and they pretty much threw me out because they had all ugly colors sooooooo rude and nasty to me for no reason . I honestly don’t think they like black people. I went there in a rush to get a pedi. They didn’t say anything to me when I came in, she said what you want! I said i want a pedi. It was so out dated in there. Dusty and old. I went to the pre-lined pedicure bowl and it was a dead roach in it. She said move to another one. I said can you change it I don’t feel comfortable being that the other one was pre-lined with a roach. The old man said well you can leave. I said ok. That’s so sad how they go in black neighborhoods and treat us like trash. This is why the reviews are horrible and they don’t have any customers on a Sat morning. Don’t want a fungus?...

I went here despite reading all the negative reviews. Never again! I was in attempting to get a last minute pedicure and they were near my house so I thought I'd give them a try. There was a male and female worker. The female was busy and the guy was sitting watching videos on his phone. I asked if her could help me and was don't HE DOESN'T SERVE MEN. What kind of backwards company are you running when you serve customers based on their gender? I knew when I moved to Florida that this place had a reputation but damnnnnn.
