Vic's Sandwich Shop — Restaurant in Jacksonville

I used to give Vic's a 5 star rating, but after today I have to give it a 1 star rating... I have been coming here for about 6 or 7 months now (loyaly since I found the place) and all of a sudden today was told the only item I eat there is no longer going to be offered to me due to me coming at lunch and during the big crowd it is unrealistic to be able to cook the only item I ever order. Granted I never heard about it being an issue before and always assumed it was a part of the menu or I wouldn't have gotten it everyday I came in if I thought it was an inconvenience. After today I sadly will not be returning to Vics to eat any louger. Sorry for being a valuable customer but I do not feel...

Vic is definitely one of the cleanest sandwich shops on the west side. There is only a few and Vic is definitely one of them. Their service is amazing and their food is very clean. We really enjoy eating here if you’re reading this reviews do not hesitate to stop and check them out daily Specials are amazing not to mention all the rest of there food. They’ve got great coffee. I can go on and on. Thank you for the food and service y’all provide! Keep up the awesome...

Yeah, I know everyone has their own opinions & all that.. But this sammich shop right here??? Best bread, best eggs/breakfast items, and the lunch menu is amazing. The establishment is ALWAYS clean & it's very spacious. Every time I come in & sit down to eat, every one who enters the door, they're always greeted with such a positive attitude. I was only 4 years old when he came around, and now that I'm older, I can appreciate a good sammich shop!.....
