Oasis Sandwiches — Restaurant in Jacksonville

I could have judged this restaurant on many different levels but that is not my intent or reason for why I stopped there this morning I simply wanted something to eat I did not expect to get all this push back for a place that waited on eight other people while I waited 30 minutes for a in-house order that I still got in a bag and incomplete my hash browns were so hard they crunch while I choose them the Grits were stiff the eggs were done right but for 30 minutes you think they would have either cut the price in half giving it to me on the house or better yet just taking my order and giving it to me within at least 7 minutes or at the most even 15 and that's giving a lot but 35 minutes and 8 customers later I don't think so if you want to be such strict people let's talk about the condition of the restaurant the ceilings falling in the wires exposed the messed up paint on the wall the bad conditions of the table and chairs since you want to get me started on a restaurant that all I wanted to do was get something to eat but since you want to press me for the particulars I've also added photos...... Okay.... I just started eating here2 weeks ago. First time was salmon croquettes with cheese grits and side bacon. Honestly it was good but bacon could be more of quality for $2.49 for 2 piecs. Grits cooked perfect and croquettes on point for a gullah geechie gal from South Carolina. Now this morning 11/10 same breakfast but with gravy. The paper placed between eats up the gravy just like it at up my cheese. So putting a spoon full of Grits on top of cheese could eliminate the cheese sticking to paper. Bacon still has no quality but that's minor. The Grits is gritty and needs to cook longer. Grits can't be rush and should never be gritty. It will swell up in your belly later. So remember to start another pot early so the grits can pop and be fully...

Went inside with my boss, i chose not to eat... The place is diiiiiirty. Stained walls, dusty interior signage, and a very greasy looking kitchen.. Dont see how it has passed any sort of decent inspection.. Would rather eat in a truck stop restroom... Sorry, no photos. I did some work in very close proximity to this "restaurant"... The inside of a non food serving business had massive rat feces and nests' in the ceiling.. With the curb appeal and interior of this building, i dont see any way that this place hasnt had "visitors"..... Will...
