2 to 3 hour wait time and extremely poor customer service. Staff members today around about 8pm told a customer (black female) they could not remake her order correctly because they were too backed up and didn't have time. That customer stated her pizzas was placed online to be "well done". After staff refusal to make the time to remake that order she demanded a refund.
The manager then entered and stated to the female customer that they dont do refunds, they do remakes despite initially denying her both.
It took her demand of a refund to then find time to remake her order correctly.
They refused and intentionally ignored answering phones for a long period of time
EARLIER that day at approxmiately 5pm another customer (white male, and older white female) was given the wrong order that belong to someone else, she retired and also met resistance when she demanded a refund by those same staff members.
Update: Tuesday March 26th I forgot to mention some more factual information. They use door dash (third party deliveries) as scapegoats to cover up for bad service, quality or wait times under the pretext of cancelation. Don't be mad at your dashers.
The black female mention before also considered calling JSO just to get her refund or remake
There is also signs of gender discrimination in how they service or treat patrons. I witnessed them denying a black male dasher specific treatment of taking a picture of a delivery bag but offered different privilege to a black female dasher. SOMEONE could potentially exploit that behavior in a lawsuit.
Witnessed them giving better customer service and attention to a "BOOSTER" a person who steals from local stores and resale. At approx. 5 to 6 pm the black male entered trying to sale a box of shoes in which the two very young black females at the front desk entertained instead of having him trespassed and doing there jobs

I walk into the Pizza Hut to place my Order and I am never greeted I wait for 10 minutes for someone to even acknowlege me and when this happens it's not a good acknowledgement. The host at this point is a childish little girl With a rude and disrespectful tone of voice She starts to ask me my name and I said my name but she could not hear me because of the loud noise in the background. This is when I said my name to her just a bit louder so she could hear me and at this point she got offended even more. She got even more nasty and said to me I was asking your name because I need your name so I could put it in the system in a nasty voice. This is when she rolls her eyes and begins to walk off. The manager comes to the front an older woman seeming upset in the face also I then begin to tell the woman my version and she says to me well that's not what she said! At this point I tell the woman that I am a business owner myself an entrepreneur to be exact 7 years in the construction business. I begin to tell her that as a business owner myself I would be highly upset if one of my employees adress one of my customers the way she did this woman rolls her eyes at me asked me to hurry up and place my order that she will take care of my order and that that would be that. So I just thought I place this review because as a loyal Pizza Hut customer I buy from Pizza Hut for my employes and family hope it's not my last time. P.s. However, my kids really wanted to try the new Detroit Pizza, so I reluctantly ordered it for pick up. 2 Detroit pizzas, boneless wings and an order of hot wings. I also firmly requested the crust to be crispy( ran through the oven twice) and for the wings to be cooked hard as well. I picked up my order and headed home. Immediately when I got home, I noticed my hot wings were missing and upon eating a slice of pizza, realized that the crust was doughy/undercooked. The old me would have called agitated and demanding a refund, but for some reason I just took my loss and made a mental note to NEVER order from them again. NOW here is the twist, about an hr later the MANAGER called, I missed the call but if I could post a voicemail I would. Yes, the manager called me and left me a voicemail sincerely apologizing stating that he may have got my order wrong and asked that I please call him to make it right 😊 Christian, I believe is his name you have no idea the smile that you put on my face. It's not about the Pizza or the money but the sincerity and thoughtfulness of you reaching out to me first. I have not experienced this level of customer service in years from any fast food chain and I just want you to know that you are greatly appreciated as a person.
