There was an issue with our order. We asked for no cheese on the grits OR eggs. We specifically said no cheese at all. When I brought my order back inside the lady working the drive thru got defensive saying “I heard…” instead of just correcting the issue. This created a hostile environment. The cooks were talking loud debating about who was going to remake our eggs. When my order was placed on the counter I asked for the manager. The manager avoided addressing my order when I first walked in. Now, she wanted to brush me off and not hear my concerns with the level of customer service I received. I didn’t know managers could have weave down to their behind and no gloves serving food. When I requested she explain the difference between listening and hearing to her staff, she dismissed me saying “Have a nice day” over and over. I asked if corporate’s number was on the receipt. She said “I am Corporate.” This was a horrible customer experience especially since we just experienced great customer service there from a completely different server a few days before. Service: Excellent!!! We were greeted and helped right away. I told them what I wanted and they put together the best priced meal for me. Great attitudes & smiling faces. I inquired about the swiss ice cream sign that said $3. I was told it's like swiss miss ice but ice cream. It definitely wasn't that. It was Little Debbie's ice cream Swiss rolls. It wasn't exactly $3(+tax) It was $3.99(-$0.40discount) +tax. 🤔🤔🤔 That was all the way wrong
