Wendy's — Restaurant in Jacksonville

Go there every morning to get breakfast, usually is decent.,but today... Today this morning 8/13/2025 was the worse and I will never go to this location ever again for Anything..First, to start off I was the very first vehicle they served today and my Breakfast sandwiches were OLD AND COLD not made fresh... Lady in the drive through sounded like she didn't wanna take orders this morning..voice very unenthused, could barely hear what she said, but was quick to take my money when I pulled to the window only to ask me to pull ahead and wait on my food to be brought out cold... I pulled off took 1 bite and immediately turned around went back to the drive through order window to tell that I wanted a refund for 2 of the (4) sandwiches I ordered.. she quickly said pulled up to the window .. before I could get to the window she had her hand out with money in it out the window.. Unprofessionally, with a Bad attitude, only to give me too much money back..I guess it was a tip for me 🤣🤣🤣🤣.. They should Fire that entire morning staff immediately and hire someone and people who care more about their job and the company money 💰🤑.. because clearly she didn't.amd the cooks didn't either, but thanks for the free( 2) breakfast sandwiches and extra money for my troubles.. but I do not recommend this location especially for breakfast to start...

This restaurant is in desperate need of help. Since COVID it's been struggling. My husband and I went in for a Togo order, mid afternoon. As soon as we get in line and overhear the customer's orders in front of us, the lists of everything they're out of was very lengthy with every customer served, even with our order. No dipping sauces other than ghost pepper and buffalo, no ketchup packets, no honey mustard for the Pretzel Bun chicken sandwich, no crackers or hot chili sauce, the soda machine in the lobby was out of about 75% of its sodas (it's the Coke Touch Screen with multiple flavors of different Coke products). The cleanliness is definitely not up to par. The dining room is grimy, the soda machine was caked in splattered beverages. It actually reeked of a cherry soda/cream soda smell. Keep in mind this location just got a remodel. Customer service isn't friendly or professional. The cashier talked to all customers as if they're out in public elsewhere or at their house; not at work or in a professional setting. This isn't the first time I've had an experience like this here. I've gotten calls from door dash delivery drivers because my orders couldn't be completed (out of entrees I ordered), & items and condiments missing in drive thru orders. We will be taking a break from this location in hopes...

UPDATE: why did I think this visit would be better? Because we ordered using the mobile app. All we needed to do was run inside & pick up the prepared food, right? Wrong. We parked in a mobile pickup space, go to the door, SURPRISE, they're locked while guest & employees stare at you through the window expecting you to read their lips. Once we convinced someone to open the door, one of the employees behind the counter reminded the employees in the lobby that the inside was closed. The manager rudely told one of the employees to "figure out what we needed" as he disappeared back to his office. FYI: I won't be back here again unless I watch the building being demolished & rebuilt.

This Wendy's needs a makeover. I try to go anywhere but this Wendy's. The day I went here was because my daughter requested it. The drive thru line was wrapped around the building so we parked & went inside. Unfortunately inside looked like outside & it took about 15 minutes before anyone behind the counter looked up to acknowledge the 20 people in the lobby. I won't be returning to THIS Wendy's...
