Wendy's — Restaurant in Jacksonville

This place doesn’t deserve any stars. I went through the drive-through today with my two daughters. I don’t eat Wendy’s. I’m just driving my two daughters ordered 10 piece nugget meal and a six piece spicy nugget and fry only well when I get to the window of course the order is wrong. No drink no small fry so the guy wanna say that’s not what I ordered and I’m telling him it was a meal, he wants to tongue wrestle with me and argue with the customer. I’m almost 60 years old. I don’t argue with kids about a french fry. I don’t know where they get him from this kid but they need to get this white boy away from the drive-through window, he needs to be fired for the way he talk to me and my daughters. I almost got out of my car and I’m not that kind of a person. where they do that at Duval, this kid was so nasty. The way he talk to me. I don’t know how he’s working there. I read the reviews and other people have had problems and I’m sure he’s the same dude at the same Wendy’s whatever y’all do don’t eat at Wendy’s on Baymeadows Road in Deerwood in Jacksonville, Florida, and when my daughter did get her food i’m about to call channel 4 news somebody need to see what’s really going on at that Wendy’s. The food was awful according to my daughters and the customer service was absolutely the worst. I have experience and I’m from Duvall county they don’t deserve any stars because of this dudes attitude that supposed to be waiting on customers know that the customer is always right even when they’re wrong you don’t tongue wrestle with people about food that they Finna eat somebody checked the white boy at the window. I’m just saying I will never ever ever go there again like I say I don’t eat Wendy’s. I’m driving my kids so they can get a meal. It’s 100° outside ain’t nobody trying to argue with no white boy...

I have got to give it to this Wendy's restaurant located on baymeadows rd across from the reedy branch shopping center! I visited this particular location 3 days in the same week during August and not only are the staff really great in my opinion but the quality of the food served ALL 3 VISITS were EXCELLENT and because of that they have created their own lane for ALL of the other local wendy participants to take a couple lessons from. I live over 10 miles away from this particular location but will default this Wendy's as MY WENDY'S! To the whole staff I just wanna say I understand that it's tough to get a compliment that someone took their time with but I empathize with you when you may feel like your services are underappreciated but UNDERSTAND THIS WE AS IN THE PUBLIC DEPEND ON YOUR EXCELLENCY AND TRUST THAT YOU WILL CONTINUE TO PROVIDE US WITH THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICES POSSIBLE! I usually come to this Wendys because it is by my house. Last night I came and ordered my usual: Spicy asiago chicken ranch club with no tomato and extra bacon, along with an order of baconator fries with extra bacon and extra cheese sauce. I checked my order before I pulled off to make sure it was right and immediately noticed that I did not have any extra bacon on my baconator fries. I took it back to the window and the person running the kitchen refused to put on my extra bacon. Then, I got home and opened my chicken sandwich only to see my extra bacon wasn’t on there either. I paid almost $2 more for extra bacon only to not get it and be told I wouldn’t get it when I noticed. My order also had a jr. bacon cheeseburger with no tomato, but that was made right. The lady taking the orders tried to get my order fixed, but there was another woman inside telling her no. I should have given back the food and gotten a refund, but it was after midnight and I was tired after just getting off work.
