This was my first/last time ordering. My family and I decided to try something new and this popped up on Grubhub. Let’s start by saying the food arrived on time so that was a plus. The problem started when my food arrived and I realized that I was missing my alfredo I ordered. So I called and an spoke to a young lady and told her that It was missing and i had a burger and fry instead. She puts me on hold comes back and says “ma’am i packed the order myself an the alfredo should be in the bag with your salads” i told her it was not and that i had the burger i didn’t order instead maybe the containers got crossed. I️ also offered to take a picture of everything I️ had minus the sandwich that I️ ordered for my 91 year old grandmother. Then she puts me on hold and another lady comes on the phone and says to me “ ma’am it’s not in a tin container it’s in styrofoam containers” (mind you who puts hot alfredo in styrofoam but i digress) i told her i understand that an maybe the container for the burger and container for the alfredo were confused (she then puts me on hold for another 15-20 minutes) comes back and says “sorry about that your order was confused with another family we are going to remake the alfredo have it out to you” i said ok and let it slide that i had been called a liar 3 times. I receive a call maybe another 10 minutes later from the 2nd lady i spoke to and she then asked me what I received and how many bags I had and what was inside each bag. I told her everything I had and she then tells me AGAIN that It comes in a styrofoam container not an aluminum one. I told her not to worry about making a new alfredo because i would be bring all of the food up there which I did. Upon arrival the manager was just coming in and was very apologetic and was in the process of leaving me a message and called grubhub to have my money refunded. FIRST WE PAID FOR EXTRA RANCH DIDN'T CARE THAT IT WAS ADDITIONAL 50 CENT FOR BOTH WHEN ORDER WAS DELIVERED NOT ONLY DID THEY NOT GIVE US THE RANCH WE PAID FOR BUT THE CHICKEN WAS BURNT AND THE OTHER SALAD DIDN'T HAVE CHEESE SO WE CALLED THEY TOLD US WE HAVE TO TALK TO THE COOK NO FOLLOW UP SO CALLED AGAIN THE COOK TOLD US HE HAS TO TALK TO HIS MANAGER TOOK MY NUMBER DOWN SAID THE MANAGER WOULD BE IN WITH IN THE NEXT HOUR THAT WAS AT 2:30 I LEFT WORK AT 5 PM NO FOLLOW UP CALL CALLED AGAIN THEY TOLD ME THE MANAGER IS STILL NOT IN SO I DISCONNECTED THE CALL WENT TO THE LOCATION AS I WAS GETTING OUT OF THE CAR SOME MAN STOPPED ME DONT KNOW HIS ROLE ASKED ME DID I JUST CALL I SAID YES AND WE SHOULDN'T HAVE HAD TO CALL THREE TIME TO TRY AND GET THE ORDER PLACED RIGHT OR OUR MONEY BACK HE WAS ACTUALLY HELPFUL TOOK MY RECEIPT SAID WE WILL REPLACE THE ORDER CALL BACK TOMORROW AND WE WILL TAKE CARE OF YOU ASKED WHY AM I UPSET AND I TOLD HIM THIS IS OUR FIRST TIME AND WE SHOULDN'T HAVE TO GO THROUGH ALL OF THIS TO GET HELP. UPDATE 6/5 IS THE NEXT DAY WE CALLED THEY TOLD US WE COULDN'T DO THAT SO ON MUCH LUNCH BREAK I HAD TO GO UP THERE AGAIN FOR THE SECOND TIME AND THE LADY TOLD ME SHE WAS TOLD TO REPLACE ONE ORDER SO I TOLD HER TO GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK OR REPLACE MY ORDER ASKED FOR THE MANAGER LIKE SIX TIME ASKED HER TO CALL HIM SHE REFUSED THE COOK COMES OUT SHIRT NASTY CRUST IN THE CORNER OF HIS MONTH LIKE WE WAS EATING TOLD ME I NEED TO CALM DOWN LEAVE OR SIT DOWN OR HE WAS CALLING THE POLICE I TOLD HIM CALL THEM GO AHEAD BECAUSE EITHER YALL GOING TO GIVE ME MY MONEY BECAUSE YALL MESSED UP MY ORDER CALL THE MANAGER OR REPLACE THE ORDER HE TOLD ME LET ME BABY SIT YOU SIT DOWN AND IMA MAKE THE ORDER WAITED TO GET THE ORDER BUT WILL NEVER DO ANY EATING FROM THAT NASTY RAN DOWN HOLE IN THE WALL AND THE SEVERS AND COOK LOOKED LIKE THEY JUST ROLLED OUT OF BED DIDN'T BRUSH THIER TEETH JUST...

I replied and said we wanted to see if they were open by chance and I didn’t want to make them stay late just for us. I let him know we lived in Jamestown and would try again another time to get food from them. He insisted that it was ok and they’d be happy to make us our order. I agreed and we ordered. Went there 10 mins later and picked up our order. Great family run small business serving delish food. My girlfriend had a spaghetti and meat sauce & loved it.
