On 3/23/19 I order a Mediterranean sub ..my usual. It was delivered as usual. I was eating and notice my mouth was starting to burn. The sandwhich was full of jalapeno peppers, so I was like I know this sandwich doesnt come with this, i order it all the time. So i checked over the menu, and it doesnt have that. So, i called the Jamestown, nc domino's & ask them what games are they playing, like are they pranking me, why are there jalapeno peppers on here. The lady who answered told me to hold as she gets the manager, the phone gets hung up. So I called back, this time speaking to a lady. I explained to her the issue. She asked me how many peppers are on the sandwich,i responded to her it doesnt matter how many, they shouldnt be there. Then continues with saying, well the banana peppers are beside the jalapeno peppers, that is how they may have gotten there. I responded letting her know that information is not resolving my issue...how are we going to fix this. She at this point irrational & rude manner says we can refund u or give u a sandwhich. I stated to her I didnt like her tone, and maybe I should come to see her face to face she will see me and not talk to me like she was. She then says, u just threaten me, if u come here I will call the cops. I then try to explain to her that is not a threat, that she was being rude and maybe i should come there instead. She then hung up on me. I then had no other choice but to drive there at this point. I went to the door,it was locked, so now i feel that this has to be a prank. But it wasnt, this lady actually called the cops. I ask them before the cops arrived through the locked door, what are they going to do, refund me my money, may i speak with a manger. She and her co workers then began to mock me, and say she is the manager in a condescending way. Then she begins to say through the glass, I will not assist you, unless u call us. So, I standing outside the door called her...and there again she is bein rude still saying I threaten her..and said she is refunding me, then hung up. I at this point, am unsure why this is happening. The cop pulled up and I advised him of the situation, he went in the store and she was saying something about pressing charges, etc. FOR WHAT, i dont know...she hands the cop my refund receipt, he comes out and apologize for this...and ask was this satisfactory for me. THIS has been a store I ordered from for years!!! I cant believe what happen, the problem could have been resolved with an apology and a resolution after the apology over the phone ... INSTEAD, the unprofessional manager felt the need to make excuses and escalate a matter to calling cops. I HAVE CALLED THE company franchise and had this reported and opened a case with them. This should never happen to anyone ever. This was so embarrassing and a waste of law enforcement's time. How does a complaint of a meal made incorrectly, turn into a criminal offense that requires law enforcement. She hung up the phone on me without giving a resolution, which forced me to go to the store at that point, the door was locked, it appears, before I got out my car. It felt as though these folks intentionally did the sandwich that way and did all of this for laughs & giggles. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM EVER AGAIN...AFTER YEARS OF USING THIS STORE. THIS WAS VERY...

Kievahna, whoever was prepping and baking today, was EXTREMELY rude when I came to pick up my order. As soon as I walked in the door she yelled at me asking if I had a mask. I said no. I had forgotten it. The cashier was handing me one to put on when Kievahna slammed the food containers on the counter, picked up another container and slammed it down, all the while saying something and shaking her head at me. I told her I was sorry she took it so personal. The cashier kept apologizing for her, I told her it wasn't her that needed to apologize. This is/was the only Domino's locally that we trust and consistently gets our orders correct. For many years. But that doesn't matter now, we will not be back. There is no place in a business for that attitude towards a customer. As far as the masks go, they have a sign posted saying "Mask up, It's the Law". It is NOT a law, and I would suggest you take that sign down before someone decides to push that matter legally.
Original Review::: This is BY FAR the best location locally in the Triad area. We have tried them all. Our orders are always correct, the toppings are always plentiful and we've never had an issue with waiting for carry out or delivery. The biggest positive factor is consistency. You know exactly what you're getting when you order, unlike other places that depends on "who's working". We love our...
Read moreI worked at this store for 2 days and was fired by Paul because My car broke down and I was getting it fixed (very unprofessional). On 9/4/22 I contacted Paul (store manager) to ask were the paychecks going to be there on Monday and he replied in a rude response ( it’s in the mail) I replied back to ask which address did he send it to and once again I gave a smart remark back. On Wednesday (9/7/22) my paycheck was stolen and I reported it on Friday (9/9/22 with US Postal service who told me to contact the manager (Paul) at domino’s Jamestown too. I called the store first and the nighttime shift manager was very rude and was trying to rush me off the phone so I contacted (Paul) right after I hung up to inform him about my missing paycheck and he’s been giving me smart remarks and trying to say I’m lying. One thing I don’t play about is my money so why would I lie. After avoiding my questions about my paycheck and waiting over a week before he make me another paycheck which he’s charging me 35.00 out of my own paycheck(unprofessional) just to get paid. When I could have picked up my paycheck from the store in the first place and returned the uniforms …smh I wouldn’t advise anyone to work for this store. And no I’m not mad about getting fired because I have two other jobs after I left it’s just the fact I want the money...
