There are many great places to get pizza and/or wings in Jamestown... For pizza, Lena's is the best. For wings, they may not be #1, but they're top 3 and close enough to #1 more than satisfy. They have a very small menu--one of those places that focused on perfecting a handful of things vs mediocre-ing a variety of things. All their pizzas are delicious--the basic pepperoni, the white pizza, the chicken wing pizza... Don't sleep on their chicken fingers either, they're sneaky INCREDIBLE. So why 4 stars instead of 5? A few fairly minor inconveniences: 1) They don't deliver, nor are they available on any delivery apps. 2) You can only order in person or by phone--and they only have one phone line, which is often busy from all the other people trying to order their pizza. I once had to call 17 times in a row before I got someone on the phone--that's not an exaggeration. The silver lining here is they're clearly in demand. Everyone in town knows they're the best, so it's a rat race to get your order in. 3) The staff is often a little grumpy. I chalk it up to them being so busy. When you go in there, you'll see them all racing around, multi-tasking, trying to keep up with all the orders. I don't entirely blame them for seeming a little on the grouchy side, but I have to list it here as one of the inconveniences contributing to their missing star. All that said, Lena's is worth the minor hassle those few inconveniences present. The food really is that good.

I called to place the order. 2 pizzas. First one is cheese. Half of it banana peppers. The second pizza, pepperoni and cheese. The man read the order back. Correct. I get there, they made 1 pizza. Pepperoni and banana peppers. I didn't order that! I am a vegetarian! You completely ruined my meal. I walked right out and wanted to throw it into the street. How could you screw it up this bad? I'm beyond angry.

Absolutely amazing! My only complaint is I live three hours from here, so I can't have it more often. Honestly, it's one of the best pizzas I've ever had. I also got some fried mushrooms. They were very good and had a good blue cheese tasting dipping sauce with it. It's definitely a place you should try if your in the area.

First of all, the best pizza in all of Jamestown. Lena's is literally the only place we get pizza and/or pizza & wings from. We've tried every tradition "pizza place" at least twice and Lenas has been the only one we've ordered from for over 5 years now. Additionally, the staff has always been very nice. I recently placed an order for a small pizza and wings, asking if they'd mind keeping two of the wings plain. Like I told them over the phone, my cat just loves wings. Any other place would have given me a hard time about doing it, if agreeing to do it at all. Then again, this request wouldn't have been necessary had I ordered from any of the other seven establishments who's wings I've had the experience to actually try. There, a few wipes with a paper towel woukd do just fine. Lenas is the only place we've gotten wings from around the Jamestown area that actually coats them really well (with the best tasting sauces I've ever had, even growing up in Buffalo where wings are a religion of sorts). Simply trying my best to remove it continually fails to meet the high standards of one particularly finicky feline. Yet another bonus as I opened the container. Whomever had prepared them had taken the time to ensure they were kept seperate from the rest then wrapped them in sauce-proof waxed paper. Thoughtful steps taken by someone who goes the extra mile for customers AND...

Pizza is good, thick and cheesy, wings are always great. But, my order wasn't ready on a recent visit so I sat in a booth to wait, the owner kept giving me an odd look, when he gave me my order, he didn't put the blue cheese cup in the wing box this time. My next visit I told the older woman taking my order about the missing cup, she gave me a look like I was lying and put an extra cup in the box without a word, food was great as usual. Then, my next visit (good customers) order not ready, I stood this time by the soda case waiting, I noticed the owner guy kept bending a pizza box, he appeared to be weakening it, after cutting the pizza and closing the lid, with both hands he placed a loaded wing container on top of the bent pizza box and pushed it down pretty hard, looked like he squished the pizza, he called a name, and the customer was sitting in a BOOTH! When he picked up the pizza I could see the box buckle. So because of his behavior we decided not go there anymore, it is clear he is willing to mess with your food if he gets urked at you. If your order isn't ready, DON'T SIT DOWN! ...
