Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in Jasper

My family and I are frequent customers at this location.After my experience tonight I'm not sure if I'll continue to be a customer at this location! I'm really considering traveling further away to get the proper service,and the friendly Christian attitudes that you except to receive from employees of this franchise. It's unacceptable that the gentleman's taken orders tonight in the drive thru were lacking everything that this company stands for!! Both of these teenagers/college age young men were rude and unprofessional during my entire encounter with them while placing/trying to place my order. The young man on the left side who took my order ( my receipt showed the name Benjamin). He was literally laughing and snickering at me from the time I pulled up till the time I pulled away.He would keep looking over to the other guy snickering while half listening as I attempted to place my order. At one point he blamed his headset for the reason he was struggling with getting my order taken. But it was bc of his immature unprofessional work ethic that he was struggling. This guy has no business with dealing with customers!! He is old enough to know right from wrong. And it's wrong on so many levels to act rude and make fun of a paying customer! Especially when the staff expect for customers to treat them with kindness and respect. We customers also expect the same treatment.I called the Manager and the gentleman who I spoke with didn't even seem to care about how their employees were treating the customers. He was trying to rush me off the phone. It was like the Manger was brushing off the situation. This guy definitely doesn't seem like someone who should be in charge. He doesn't know how to properly communicate with customers. It's a shame that this location is going downhill because of the people they choose to hire. Love, love, love Chick-fil-A!! My family and I go there mostly for breakfast but when it's lunchtime....whoa!! Their spicy chicken sandwich is out of this world! If you like spicy, that is. Like I said, I love Chick-fil-A but I especially love the one in Jasper, AL. The employees there are always friendly and the food is always fresh. This used to be a nice "date" spot for my husband and me. We used to get the spicy chicken breakfast burrito and then the little cinnamon rolls afterwards. But, to my great disappointment, they chose to drop both of these. sigh you can still get the regular chicken breakfast burrito and there IS some jalapeno sauce in a packet that you can put on them but somehow it's just not the same...still it doesn't keep us from going back. The worst chick-fil-a iv never been to. Didn’t receive all of our order and when I mentioned it to the employee and spoke with the manager they gave terrible customer serve. Argued with me about my order. After I asked to speak with the manager left me on the phone for 10 mins waiting. Could hear the lady and other employees talking ugly about me bcs I called about my missing order. I asked what could they do for me since I had to drive 30 more mins back to the restaurant to pick up my order after it was announced by the drive through employee that I had received everything. Management I assume picked the phone up and proceeded to act if he couldn’t hear me. Then proceeded to tell me there was nothing he could do.
