Nancy nails & spa — Local services in Jasper

My mom has been going to Nancy's Nails for a while. I have been living in California for a while. But, just moved back near home. I am getting ready for a trip and decided to get a mani/pedi.

First, I didn't have an appointment. And, I didn't realize when I asked if they could take me that they had closed at 5:00pm. It was about 5:10pm when I walked in. But, they did. And, I didn't realize it until I was almost done. So, I felt bad. But, they were very gracious about it.

I got a simple mani/pedi. So, mine is not pic worthy. But, my moment went last week. The pics are of her nails, done by Mary.

Bri did my mani/pedi. She was so easy to talk to. And, again, very gracious about me busting in without an appointment, after closing. I'll not do that again. And, please make appointments if you go. I'd feel bad.

Bri did a great job. Sometimes, the cuticle push back part hurts. But, Bri used an electric dremel type tool. I really liked that. She was very meticulous, even though it was after closing. She was incredibly friendly. We discussed my recent trip to Vietnam. She was so enjoyble.

Honestly my first time going even though the greeting wasn’t the friendliest..I was impressed with the work they did on my acrylic set nails, my nails lasted for two weeks and didn’t come off until the day before I was due for a fill in.. I went back of course and again the greeting was dry yet I still liked their work, well the second time the next day they started coming off like press-ons, I was given a free repair & literally the day after the repair the others started coming off, I eventually had to go to another local nail shop who did excellent work on my acrylic set. But honestly if you’re not a regular or certain skin tone expect poor service and they will have multiple people doing your nails instead of...

Got a full set and pedicure with gel came back 2 days later because the pedicure looked like it was two weeks out and the acrylics were lifting so bad it looked like hell. Came in to get a fill sat for 40 minutes the owner and her husband starring at me knowing I was waiting for a fill and then the sister said you need appointment we only take appointments but the door says walk ins and I originally came in with my daughter and grandbaby as walk ins and we all got services. The pedicures are great the acrylics leave a lot to be desired and the rudeness when you have them fix what you paid for is too dramatic. I will take my hard earned money elsewhere and not have to...
