Hardee’s — Restaurant in Jasper

Hardee’s in Jasper Al is NOT worth a penny!!! The managers that work there are so rude and hateful on many levels. Fired someone because they didn’t send pictures to prove that they did their job? Fired someone because the store was “ dirty “ after THEY made sure they did everything on that long list just for YOU so you wouldn’t complain, but in reality that list was just made because you knew they were the closing shift member? Fired someone because they didn’t text you all day everyday to communicate their whole life story? If you’re going to say anything, make sure to say what you did also… Threatened to take their phone? Controlled them like they were in school? Even had the audacity to say they’ll never find another job that will pay as good as them? That’s wild to me, but yall do yall boo! All I have to say is karma is coming for each and every co worker there. No one should ever have to come home and feel like they’re not doing enough for the company they work for or have to feel like they’re getting treated unfairly. Companies will forever be good to the lazy employees and treat people who actually do the work plus more like trash. We are all human and we all make mistakes, but it’s not okay to be mean. Fair is fair and wrong is wrong! Hardee’s you did them a favor. You wasn’t a loss at ALL and you definitely didn’t deserve who you had. The last time we went here, we waited at the speaker for 5 minutes before someone actually took our order and when we were done, the girl told us our order and I guess thought she turned off the speaker and she went "oh my god" in a really annoyed tone. There were 2 cars ahead of us so it wasn't that busy yet we waited for about 10 minutes before we actually got to the window and got our food. And when we did get to the window, that same girl was so indifferent and huffy. We weren't rude. We didn't say anything mean or get an attitude so I don't know why she wanted to be like that but whatever. The time we went before that, we went for breakfast and we had no problems at the speaker but we waited for nearly 15 minutes to get our food and there was only one car ahead of us. And when we finally did get our food, both of our orders were wrong. I ordered the chicken biscuit and got a bacon egg and cheese and my SO got the Frisco breakfast sandwich and got the same bacon egg and cheese. We don't see ourselves going back for...

I went on indeed and saw Hardee's offering a management position for $18/hr then when offered the interview, I was told that I had to work there for months at $14/hr. They dishonored their promise in the initial job search. If they had mentioned this beforehand, in the indeed application, I would have been much more inclined to join the company. I saw a commercial recently for indeed, saying what if you knew how much you'd get paid? and so I added it and that was the fact I based my search on. Do not believe this for every company. If a company doesn't place every single thing on the app, walk away now.... Because I guarantee they do not run that company the way they promise on the app, coaxing you into applying.
