Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Jasper

Update.

We were told they would replace our order they messed up. We called multiple times to get our replacement. Every time we called we were treated terrible and eventually hung up on, even when we asked for a manager. I feel like we we literally robbed. I wish Google offered negative numbers on reviews. This location needs -10 at least. Very sloppy establishment.

The worst experience at Little Caesars I’ve ever have. I ordered online so there would be no way to get the order wrong. I was wrong! I should have looked at my pizzas before I left the store. they use to always open it up and show you your order before you leave but not this time. Get home and found two pizzas of the 4 we ordered were completely wrong. One was missing sauce and meat, the other was not even close. I’m already a bit pissed. Call the number and a girl answers. I tell her what happened with our order and her exact words were “what do you want me to do?” Before I told her exactly what she could do, my wife took the phone from me so she could talk to them. My wife told her, you can get your manager, that’s what you can do. She said her manager was busy. My wife told her, get your manager to help me because that’s her job. Manager gets on the phone and barely speaks English. After 10 mins on the phone with her, she eventually asked us to come back to the store. We live almost 20 mins away. Eventually she said we can come next week to get a correct order. If this is how they do business, they are going to be out of business soon! This will be our last visit to Little Caesar’s in Jasper. What a terrible...

337 the manager at Little Caesars in Jasper is very rude and very disrespectful so don’t order food from Little Caesars a Jasper online because if you don’t call ahead of time and let the manager know you’re running late or you’re going to be late they’ll throw your food away, she will deliberately throw it in the trash, she wanted to keep arguing instead of making it right, but had the nerve to tell me I’m only gonna do this once I’m not gonna do it again well, Marcus is my last time coming to this Little Caesars, you can’t treat your customers better than that then you don’t need to be a district manager.. do you know I’m not no manager, but I never talked to a customer/employee like that was a dog because that’s the exact way she treated and acted toward me was treating me like a dog. So if y’all want to continue to go to that little Caesars more power to you, but I’m not about to give my business to accompany just gonna throw my food away after I’ve already bought it...

I don’t have high expectations for a little Caesar’s.. but this one is the worst. They never have anything hot and ready, and the store is gross on the inside. The poor kid working inside the store was doing his best to keep things going. After walking in I immediately noticed that the large screens that normally display the menu were not working. The kid behind the counter said the menu screens had been broken for about a month, and that the owner never came to fix them. I was told if I wanted to see the menu, to just look on my phone. After talking with other customers in the store, it seems that the owner rarely comes around and obviously doesn’t care about the appearance of the store. All of the employees wearing sweat pants and making pizzas with no gloves. Watched the employees handle money and then go right back to making pizzas without stopping to wash their hands. This little Caesar’s Will definitely be closing up shop again very soon if they continue...
