I was at the Burger King in Jasper GA today 11/16/24 between 10:30-11. The girl that was in the drive thru window was short with reddish blonde hair. She was on the phone when I pulled up to the window which was fine but not the normal procedure for the drive thru. She finally got off the phone and ran my card and gave me my drinks. The store was empty only a few people inside and me and another car in the drive thru. There was a lady in a pink hoodie and a younger guy with dark hair at the food receiving area. The younger guy brought me my food he did not wait at the window for me to check my bag or ask if I needed anything else just walked away. When I ordered my food I asked for extra ranch the girl asked how many I wanted I said like 5 ranch cups. I checked the bag and not a single one. They had left the window open to the drive thru. I watched about 20 flys go in which is gross. The girl was still on the phone and I tried for about 5 plus minutes to get the other 2 peopleās attention. There was an older lady with grey hair that walked up to the other 2 and they started talking definitely not about work from what I could hear. Mind you if I could hear them they could hear me. I was still trying to get someoneās attention politely by saying excuse me and waving. I did not want to yell too loud since the girl was on the phone and that is rude to the customer on the phone. In my many years of experience in the fast food and service industry the drive thru person should never answer the phone when the front counter was empty. She also heard and saw me trying to get someoneās attention and she ignored me. I kept getting louder and no one even looked up or even at the front counter they were not paying any attention to any customers. I did a little honk of my horn after sitting there over 5 minutes just trying to get ranch. The girl still had the phone up to her ear and started screaming at me saying she is on the phone and making drinks. So she was screaming in another customerās ear. Then she proceeded to slam the window and just kept screaming. Finally the lady in the pink hoodie came over and asked me what I needed and brought me ranch and I left. The entire time this was going on my 16 month old was crying in the back seat which everyone could hear. The level of disrespect and unprofessional behavior is completely disgusting. I have reported this to corporate and will be following up. People like her should not be allowed to work with the public. Everyone is entitled to a bad day but this was much more than a bad day. I hope they get some better employees at...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThis is a review for BK off of Sammy McGhee blvd, jasper, ga. I came to the drive thru Saturday morning for 2 eggnormous burrito and two hash browns and a 8 piece churro. I pulled up to window and paid and when I was handed the bag I asked the guy at the window for salsa for the burrito because they always forget to put it in. He assured me there were 4 salsa in the bag so I drive home without checking. When I get home there are 3 orders of hash browns and 1 burrito and zero salsa. I call and tell them I am heading back over to grab the burrito. The guy on the phone says he just got there and never works mornings. When I get to the window I get the burrito and Iām trying to convey to the guy at the window that itās only annoying cause I was getting the food for my wife and I specifically asked for the salsa and he said it was in there and it wasnāt. He rolled his eyes and shut the window. The woman bagging came over and the man reiterated that he in fact never works mornings. He continued on with an attitude towards me and I said what makes it worse is yāall never give the receipt either so I canāt even do anything about it. He closed the window again and rolled his eyes further. I imagine his eyes could not in fact be further into his head at this point. The lady bagging does come over and say sorry. I never got a receipt. It was at around 845-910 Saturday morning. It was not busy and no other cars in drive thru. Will not return. Consistently Poor...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreHORRIBLE MANAGER This is the absolute worst experience I have ever had at burger king... we went there to eat yesterday and the chicken sandwich was so burnt and rubbery it was impossible to eat ... and you could tell it had been sitting out most of the day, so we called and they told us that they would replace it and we gave them our name ... the management in this restaurant is horrible we went in at 6:00pm tonight and the manager was so rude to us that we weren't even able to correctly order our other food this time ... she ridiculed my husband treating him like an idiot and said you know a grilled sandwich is supposed to be grilled right ? of course it is supposed to be grilled NOT BURNT.. and she argued that they don't serve food that is burnt or old .. she sat there trying to make us look like idiots while all of the employees in the back sat there laughing at us ... made a big deal as she called out a "special" tender grill with an attitude... and acted impatient as we ordered the rest of our food !!! we will never eat there again and its not just us we run a business and we order large quantities of food for lunch on a regular basis ... made a good night miserable !!! we believe her name...
