El Roble Mexican Restaurant — Restaurant in Jasper

Edit 2/6/2023: I'm sad to say that I will not be eating at this restaurant anymore and can no longer recommend it. I'm changing my review from 5 stars to 2 stars. I don't know if the restaurant is under new management or what happened, but they have changed their menu and raised all of their prices by $3+ dollars. In addition, the meals are now smaller and some sides have been removed. I used to order the veggie quesadilla, which was satisfyingly filling for dinner. Now when I order the same thing it's like I ate a snack and I'm finished in a few bites. My meal used to come with rice and beans, but now it comes with rice and lettuce. I guess I'll have to go out of town when I want to eat Mexican food in the future.

Our family chose El Roble for its great reviews and close proximity to our daughters graduation ceremony at Chattahoochee Tech.

This little GEM near the heart of Jasper did NOT disappoint.. Mauricio and staff allowed use of a party type room for our family and guests. Food and service were second to none with all food for our 20+ guests prepared as ordered quickly and efficiently! Food (nice portions) arrived HOT and fresh.. Full bar on site as well. Drinks looked amazing but did not try those.. Food delicious!

The restaurant offers Mexican cuisine but also offers TexMex offerings on its menu that are all amazing including brisket offerings such as quesadillas, tacos, etc. Everything was excellent...

If you're in the mood for some incredible TEX MEX food and are in the area then El Roble is the place for you.. our family regularly drives from Canton just to eat...

1st experience)This place was absolutely amazing! We absolutely enjoyed everything about it! The workers are friendly and attentive and the reviews don’t lie- the food is GREAT. I had the burrito supreme and my boyfriend had the steak and cheese nachos and we were both very full and satisfied when we left! And the frozen margarita I had was really tasty! 2nd experience) WE HAD TO GO BACK! The service was GREAT! I was able to try the Burrito El Roble and I AM SO GLAD I DID!(that will be the picture linked!) it came with fried bananas and let me tell you, it did NOT disappoint, they absolutely have a winner on their hands!
