The food is just okay little rushed but my issue is the way the lady with the glasses and brown hair in a bun is so rude and snappy with her coworker!! As a customer it literally gave me anxiety to watch. The girl on the cash register seemed to be trying her best all while being disheartened.. I wouldn’t be surprised if she quits soon because she was treated like a dog. The lady on front line with the snappy obnoxious attitude snatched a ticket out of the girls hand while she was trying to hang it up because i guess she wasn’t hanging it up fast enough.. She snatched money out of the girls hand and started counting back to a customer when the girl was literally about to do that.. she just spoke down to her and made the whole place a bad atmosphere. I don’t care what the food taste like i’m not going back and supporting a toxic work environment that gave ME...
Read moreI have ate at Mr.Subs before and every time it has been good. But I just ordered from there and took it home to eat..let’s just say I had to throw the whole steak and cheese sub in the garbage. The bread was hard as a rock and it smelled terrible. I decided to eat there again today 03/18/2024, and of course the lady who took my order and made my food was so hateful. I was super nice and respectful and of course said thank you, she then proceeded to roll her eyes and walk off. Definitely not the way customers want...

My $15 "steak & cheese" (+tea) felt no different than a $4 prepackaged sandwich I could get at the Gateway on the way home. Stale bread crumbling, hardly a grilled feel to the minimal meat (couldn't even discern the onions), and weak watery condiments plus a limp pickle. The only silver lining was I liked the cool authenticity and friendliness of the clock-tatted lady. Place has ample parking and seating, does to-go, and a down home feel to it, but at the end of the day it's about the food,...
