Whataburger — Restaurant in Jasper

It's been a week since eating from this location, and it's taken me this long to decide what to say. I've eaten Whataburger in 4 different states, and this is by far the worst location. Not only can you not go inside to eat, but there were only 2 cars, plus myself, in drive-thru, and they made us all pull up to wait on the food. The burgers came up an extra helping of mustard, lettuce, and unripe tomatoes, but the "beef" patty, and I use the term beef loosely, was crispy and overcooked. The onion rings were made from the cheapest variety of onions ever created as they were most likely the outer part of the onion. And finally, the fries 🫤. If I've ever had worse fries in my life, I'm not sure where it was or when, so as for now, these are the worst fries I've ever thrown away. The first two times I came were great experiences, great food and very friendly, I ordered sauce at the drive thru and was charged but it was forgotten, no big deal. I can’t go inside because there is no lobby open yet. The third time, I try to order sauce at the window so that I make sure I get it. The worker tells me I have to pay, which I have no problem with, I go to hand her my card and then they get an attitude telling me I don’t have to pay because they have a line and next time to order at the drive thru. Ordered my son and I food at 5:41pm. Finally made it to them at 6pm in the drive thru. Young female ask my name and said I don't have your order then proceeds to go to the cars behind me. Then a young guy comes out and calls me Howard and I said no. I tell him what I ordered and he comes back out and says a robert ordered the same thing. I said that's not me. He says they making yours fresh now. So the young female comes over says she needs to collect $27 for my order. I give her $30. They manager came handed my food n drink at 6:16pm.
