Bojangles — Restaurant in Jasper

We went through the drive thru to order, the lady taking the order was nice. When we were handed our order, I said thank you have a good night, the woman just stuck her nose up and the air and closed the window. When I got home, I realized that they gave us biscuit gravy (white gravy) to go with mashed potatoes and we were missing a side that we paid extra for. So I had to go back up there. I told them the mishap with the gravy, where the same woman informed me that on the website it states that they dont do brown gravy there, only white. Ma'am, I went through the drive thru not the website!! NO NEED to be sarcastic! I also told them that I was missing items. They replaced it. I've been to many Bo Jangles, I've never been to one that picks and chooses which items they will put on their menus. Their food was dry and cold just like their customer service! Will NEVER return to this location. Walmart has better...

Stopped by the drive thru 08/06/2025 at 08:12am, check #300547. Clearly and plainly I ordered a chicken biscuit - that's all. At the window I gave the young lady my debit card she returned it and attempted to give me a large drink and a bag. I told her I ordered a chicken biscuit. She replied this is a chicken biscuit while holding a drink. I stated to her I did not order a drink and how much did you charge my card? ($9.30). This young lady was utterly unable to respond - completely incompetent. A male worker repeatedly - repeatedly kept trying to get me to pull out of the way of the drive thru and stated someone will be with you shortly - outside. I remained at the drive thru. Finally another young lady came to the register and processed a cash refund. This entire ordeal left me with no desire to visit this...

food was cold, grainy, and they didnt take my order correctly. a blonde in drive thru had given me the wrong order and wouldn't change it because she said it wasnt incorrect. another day i was here a girl named hannah brought out my order apologizing for a small mishap i was okay with. she started crying and said a lady said she was aruging with me and she went back inside. after this third time i am NEVER coming back. a lady named lori had taken my order and was rude, she had given me the wrong chicken and the sides where disgusting. mac and cheese was nasty and chunky, green beans where white and stale, gravy wasnt mixed well and mashed...
