Full Moon Bar-B-Que — Restaurant in Jasper

I ordered lunch through the drive thru on Monday, and spent $15 + for ( large sweet tea, side of okra, regular BBQ pork sandwich inside sliced all the way). I got home only to discover that my order was completely screwed up ( nothing I ordered was in the bag). I called the restaurant the girl I spoke to was really nice about it. She told me " to bring my receipt and they could either remake the order or give me a refund". I did NOT eat the meal that was not mine. It was immediately thrown away. I went back yesterday a little after 11:15 am for them to correct my order. The female manager on duty asked me several times " what was wrong with my order"? I repeatedly told her " I got someone else's order. I didn't get anything that I paid for. I also told her that I called the day before about the issue". She kept trying to brush me off! Thankfully I took pictures of the wrong order for proof! I showed the manager and another female customer the pictures. I literally had to talk to them like they were in kindergarten saying " see this is fries ( I ordered okra) see this is a large plain chopped BBQ sandwich ( I ordered a regular BBQ sandwich all the way inside sliced). They never apologized or anything! The female cook started making my correct order ( while complaining that this was her fourth remake from yesterday). That's not my problem! I'm a paying customer, and I'm not the one who made the mistake. I was nothing but nice the entire time. Yet majority of the staff was complaining non stop about remaking my order. They were more concerned on finding out who made the mistake. Exact words of the cook " so they could get pay back". That is not professional! The manager sucks at dealing with issues. Drive through lines are always slow. I ordered a burger with bacon cheese mayo ketchup and pickle along with my kids’ food. I knew the burgers take about 15 minutes and I’m cool with that because I genuinely appreciate their burgers. After getting my order I drove home (about 15 minutes). Once home I find my burger had everything I didn’t want on it and no bacon in sight. Called the store and they were apologetic and I drove back.

Here’s where my review turns south. Upon arrival The person whom I assume cooked it asks what’s wrong with the burger. I let her know everything was wrong and she immediately blames the guy at the window... Next she goes to the back with my burger and I asked if she was making it from scratch or if she started it when I called. I get a response from the back of the house of what did I want on it so I repeated it. The front of the house asked if I’d like some fries or dessert. They tried being polite. 5 minutes later the cook brings the “new” burger back up and opens it for me rushing me to see it had what I wanted. So I said sure looks fine. I could see the bacon this time. She explained the bacon was on the bottom of the last one. If it was I should not have paid for that little bacon. On my way home I was greeted with bites of mustard around the edges of the burger. I have a suspicion this may have been my original burger cleaned off and regifted to me. Ordered our food at drive through, paid, told to pull up for a MOMENT! we sat there 20 minutes, I went in and said what's going on? She said what do you mean? I said been waiting outside over 20 minutes! I ordered the pimento cheese burger and apparently the dive in guy is supposed to tell you those are a 20 minute wait! I said he didn't tell me anything, said to pull up for a moment, manager went to back of house and MY ORDER HADN'T EVEN BEEN RECEIVED!!! 🤦‍♂️ SO WE'RE 25 MINUTES IN AND NOTHING HAS EVEN STARTED! manager was professional and said I'll refund you, she only did for my burger, not my wife's $18 pork plate. She did after I said something about it! Also, there was a disgusting lady ON THE FOOD PREPARATION LINE EATING HER FOOD OUT OF A TRAY ON THE LINE! SHE SAW ME AND CLOSED IT AND THEN HURRIED AND PUT GLOVES ON LOL 😂 SHE LOOKED METHED UP, ANYWAYS, AFTER FULL REFUND AND 45 MINUTES LATER THE FOOD WAS AMAZING LIKE USUAL !
