Subway — Restaurant in Jeannette

This Subway blows. It could make great money with it having the drive thru but they CANNOT get it together here. I went through the drive thru on August 5th. I placed an order and the person working through the drive through didn't even know we had what I ordered. It took him 5 minutes just to check with someone else to find out. When I finally paid I sat there for 20 minutes at least waiting for my order. When the employee finally was done he handed me my sandwich in the paper wrap. Not the one that says subway but the one that goes inside that. No bag mind you. And the paper was covered in what appeared to be marina sauce even though none should've been on my food. Absolutely will never be back to this location. I’ve frequently picked up here and ALWAYS tip. Today was just embarrassing. The owner is shrewd. She was smoking and I was completely empathetic to that (smoker of +10 years) I’m shaking right now I’m so angry. Whoever is making sandwiches is horrible. These was 3 strands of lettuce and the sandwich was a cold cut but was soggy. What is happening to the service of these fast food restaurants?
