Auntie Anne's — Restaurant in Jefferson City

The customer service was terrible. My wife and I ordered two items. They told us one wouldn't be ready for ten minutes, and when we said that was fine the employee wouldn't add the second item to our order and argue with us about when we told her that she didn't add the requested item. Making place two orders for the food we wanted. Both servers were bothered by us waiting in the dining area. Both of the employees proceeded to laugh at my wife when she went to go get her order claiming she only ordered one thing even though we asked for two. Wouldn't recommend this...

The employees will straight up lie and say the food in the hot counter is for door dash to avoid having to do their job. We sat in the food court and ate the hot dog pretzels we were sold and watch the salted pretzels for “door dash” sat in there for half an hour. Right before close a lady came out a store and purchased said salted pretzels not from door dash. Lazy people now a days skating by on doing nothing...

If no stars were an options I wouldn’t have selected one star. Tried to order pretzel nuggets, the gentleman stated it takes 20 minutes with an attitude and the other gentleman stated they will not make any more items so I should select what they have which nothing was available.
