I reside just a few blocks away. After purchasing our meal via the drive-thru, we returned home. Upon eating, we found my husband's burger consisted mostly of lettuce on a cold, unappealing bun with a patty the size of a McDonald's one, and it was barely warm. My mushroom and Swiss burger lacked Swiss cheese and had about three pieces of mushroom with a scant amount of sauce. The curly fries, which seemed microwaved, were still cold and utterly unpalatable. It's perplexing how a pre-made, frozen burger could be so poorly prepared, and how fries could be mishandled—apparently, they were microwaved. The bun resembled stale bread, neither toasted nor warm. Despite the drive-thru being empty and no diners present, the meal appeared to lack any effort. This establishment has become more and more disappointing. They should reconsider their business practices. Moreover, when I called to express our dissatisfaction, the employee on the phone was unable to communicate effectively, leaving me waiting for a response. After about a 2 minute pause, she asked if I wanted a remake of the order, which is unacceptable. I expect a refund and for the owner to take serious consideration regarding their license. This isn't the first instance of substandard food from this place, and I am determined not to spend any more of my money on such disappointing meals. Please do not ask me to contact you and please do not tell me you are upset to hear about my displeasure of slop and incompetence. You have a 3 star rating and many unsatisfied customers, if you can't see the problem. Then you must be the problem.

When we pulled up to the window, we realized we needed to do a split payment. My friend scrounged up $2 in change and I had the other $9 on my card. When the young lady ran my card, for whatever reason, it kept saying it was declined. I had money on the card. I was mortified I was unable to pay. Before I could dig the hole I wanted to climb into due to my embarrassment, the young lady took out her phone, smiled, and said, "I got it". I was truly amazed by her kindness. Not once, during the entire transaction did she roll her eyes, huff or puff or give us ANY attitude at all! I asked her for her name so I could leave this review. She told me her name and I even spelled it correctly when I was checking to how she spelled it. The receipt said "Peggy" but I know that wasn't what she told me.I believe her name name started with A-D-A. Miss Ada, thank you again for your selfless act of kindness. You brightened my day in ways you can't imagine. To Miss Ada's supervisor, You have a precious gem in Miss Ada. I'd like to encourage you to reward her act of true customer service...
Read moreTerrible terrible terrible. They got 3 of the 4 orders wrong, failed to read back the order to verify it was correct, forgot items in the order and gave us the wrong food after. For only having 3 tables occupied and nobody in the drive thru they took over 10 minutes to make one order. Mind you, 2 of the 3 tables occupied already had their orders. We recieved the order and accepted the fact we weren't getting the correct order but my dad specifically requested no cheese as he's lactose intolerant. I went to the counter and apologetically requested no cheese again. He repeated himself twice at the register but the message still had not been caught. They returned after 3-5 minutes with a new burger but had everything else he requested was kept off. Being agitated he walked up to the counter and explained the scenario and requested his money back also the number for corporate. The manager gave him his money back and proceeded to answer every question he asked with attitude. Incredibly rude and unprofessional.
