I have never posted a bad review and this one has nothing to do with the food (I was trying to give it a try but that didn’t work out) but everything to do with the service. I ordered from Door Dash which I do often from other restaurants and have never had an issue. I had nothing but issues from here. First, I got a call and was told that they thought someone else picked up my order so they didn’t have it. I understand, things happen, so door dash canceled my order and refunded me. I wanted to try the food so I ordered again.
About an hour later I got a text from a different door dash driver asking if I received my order, I said no. They said the restaurant was under the impression that my order was a duplicate so they hadn’t started it. I said no problem, I’ll wait for the order.
45 minutes later I got a call from a different driver saying that they went into the restaurant and the woman said she didn’t think anyone would come and pick up my order so she hadn’t even started making it. I tried to call and check on the order myself and no one would answer. I called the door dash hotline and they called and again no one would answer so they had to cancel my order for the second time. Two orders and two HOURS later I still have no food. I understand that everyone makes mistakes and maybe they were having an off night, but this is unacceptable. Please do better.
