Wendy's — Restaurant in Jefferson City

We did our first mobile order, it didn't seem to be started until we got there, our drink orders were messed up, as we ordered a large coke zero and got a small, tried to fix it on the spot. The kid at the window was unhelpful and said the lady didn't mark the drinks as that was true, she had not marked them. Also the add on and take off were not completed correctly as asked in the mobile ap as onions and pickles wew not added to a chicken sandwich as asked and the catsup was still on the bacon burger as it was asked to be removed. We still had to pull forward to wait on nuggets that were "cooking" but were cold whe. Recieved. Totally disappointed. I tried to talk to the online support but funny enough we are still waiting to be connected to a live chat person and the phone number isn't picked up. 🙃 prob won't order here again....

Love Wendy's me and the family. But today they mixed up my order not once but twice. Instead of getting a $5 biggy bag. I got a burger and four nuggets.. told them I only had 4 nuggets instead of 10 and the guy puts some in another small bag closes it up and hands it to me. I open it up and there's only another 4 pieces of nuggets.. so I'm thinking maybe he can't count. I decide not to press the issue and walk off to sit down and eat. Reach for my small chicken burger first and it's a baconator instead.. I dive right in and chow it down. Tasty. But next time please don't short me on my chicken nuggets again so I have to stand there and count...

This is the Wendy’s I normally go to and this store is so dirty. Every time I go there, they screw up my order so I have walk inside. Their employees are rude and disrespectful. The manager is arrogant and did not address the situation. My food is cold soggy none of the sauces were in the bag that were supposed to be they forgot my spoon napkins. The entire order was messed up, when you walk inside, you can tell how absolutely filthy the kitchen is. It is so sad to see that people can work like that and not care. I have worked in fast food for three years and never once have I been in a store that...
