Yesterday, my sister and I picked up food from 2 Asian Brothers. It was a big order (veggie egg rolls, veggie spring rolls, tofu & veggie stir-fry, a noodle dish, and a bubble tea). As I was eating my veggie egg roll, I noticed a red spot on the outside of the egg roll wrapper. First I thought it was Siracha sauce, but when I wiped my napkin on it, it didn't come off. It seems like the person who prepared/cooked my food cut their finger and kept preparing my food (pictures attached). I was so disgusted that I called and complained. I asked for a manager and the guy said there was no manager on duty. He told me, as he was stuttering to give me a response, that it's not blood, but it's red food coloring to indicate that it's a veggie egg roll. He had to put me on hold 2 separate times to find out what this was. If this "food coloring" is a regular thing they do to their egg rolls, I'd expect every single employee to know this and confidently tell customers this is how they handle their food. I told him I don't believe this because there were no indications or signs or anyone notifying me of red food coloring on my foods before I left the restaurant. I told him I want a refund for my entire order. He told me he can't give me a refund, until I got more frustrated and asked for only the manager to handle this situation. He took down my name & number and said a manager would call me back. Another guy did call back, but said he'd only give me a refund for the bloody egg roll. I think if they wanted to provide better customer service and make their customers a bit happier, it would've been a good idea to give me a refund for my entire order because we tossed all that other food in the trash. No way I'm eating that food. But since I found blood only on the egg roll, that's all he refunded. I'm never returning to this place or supporting any other establishments they have.

If this was truly red food coloring, you'd think they'd have some type of sign in the restaurant or a message on their website/receipts so customers are informed/aware and don't freak out. As I was on the phone with the employee, I checked both the website and my receipt- NOWHERE does it mention red food coloring on their foods. Therefore, I believe it was someone's blood on my food.

Please stay away from this place...

Guys I hate to rate this place badly but after two failed attempts at trying to fix it directly with them, I feel that it's necessary. I originally started going here in high school because it was right by there. I have not eaten meat the entire time I have been going there and recently had a very bad experience with this. I always check my food because I am very careful of what I eat, not once have they made a mistake. The last time I ordered a Vegetarian Banh Mi with no mayo, I still made sure that it had no mayo and I saw it had something else instead. When I called to ask what it was they told me it was pate, I believe duck based but could be remembering wrong. Regardless, it was not vegetarian. The employee told me that I was at fault for not requesting it without it. It legally cannot be labeled as vegetarian if it has meat products, unless accidental cross-contamination. If it was a mistake, it would have been fine but after trying to talk to them via phone then later via email, and hearing nothing back is the reason that they are now...

I’ve ordered from them twice. First time was fine, food was decent. Second time I placed the order online from their website, received a call soon after letting me know due to their store flooding, they cannot complete the order. That’s fine I said and the guy on the phone said we will refund you. It’s been about a month and I still have yet to be refunded. I’ve called the restaurant who told me to call the online service they use so I asked for their number and the restaurant said they don’t have it on hand so they will call me back with it (they never did). So then I did some digging and figured out how to reach out to the company who emailed me back saying the store needs to reach out to them so they can process the refund. I mean… I’m the paying customer… I don’t understand why I’m doing all the work trying to get a refund for food I...

Not deserve any star at all, I ordered food to go thinking to have good meal today. Turn out it is absolutely terrible kind of food I ever have in my life. Crab rangoon, I cannot even eat them because they are so chewy. Yellow curry with chicken, it is like testeless soup with yellow color broth. The curry comes with white rice which is undercooked. All I can say it is not recommended. Don't do it! When I was there, I looked at dishes they have, Thai dishes? Well, I don't think they can make Thai dishes because I know Thai dishes very well. This is abosolutely terrible. You know how much I paid...$17.06. I even got charge for extra spicy on my curry and it is not even spicy at all. There is another fee on the receipt too..."CC fee = $0.50" No answer for this one. I just was robbed by this place.

We stumbled upon this restaurant on our way to Argyle and decided to give it a try after a quick look at their menu online. I was honestly surprised by how affordable their prices are—probably because it’s right across from a college. We ordered the Chicken and Broccoli with rice ($11.50), Banh Mi with sautéed beef ($9.75), and Street Noodles with BBQ pork ($10.95). For the price, this place is definitely worth checking out, especially compared to how expensive food has gotten elsewhere. We really enjoyed everything except the street noodles, which had a strong anise flavor that wasn’t quite to our taste. But overall, the food was fresh, flavorful and had a big serving too! Next time we’re in the area, we’ll definitely be back!
