Honestly, I'm confused about the good reviews. Had to make sure I was reviewing the right place. Well, the guy was really creepy and asked me allot of personal questions, I walked in and asked how much to replace my phone screen and he said 180 in about 3 seconds. I said wow that's allot Thanks very much and turned to go, he said well how much you wanna pay? I said down the street said 150 and he said OK. When I came to get the phone he again tried to ask me unnecessary personal questions and he wondered why I gave him the wrong phone number and although I was picking up and never coming back he persisted in asking for it. When I came with my card, he said oh unless you use cash you don't get the discount, I was like um OK I'll go get cash, got cash...came back and he charged me 165 anyway saying it was tax and all this extra stuff, yet he wasn't happy to give me a receipt and he said you have one I said no that was for dropping it off. Two weeks later and now the whole phone won't turn on and it was new besides the cracked screen, 800 dollar phone. In conclusion, I highly disagree with the reviews and do not at all recommend going in this place, it also smells...

Took my phone in on Sunday because it wasn't reading the SIM card. Was told I needed a new SIM reader for $85 and to pick phone up Thursday. Called Tuesday to confirm and was told Thursday again. Called Thursday morning, no answer. Tried to call for hours, finally did on-line sleuthing and saw Cell World affiliated with Dr. Cell. Called Dr. Cell and they said they would call me back. Finally after three tries to call them because they never called me back, I talked to someone who said they can't fix the phone because no part. They had phone for 5 days and didn't do one single thing to it. They called back 2 hours after I went to get my phone back and said now they can fix it and to go back to their store. I told them forget it. Had phone fixed in Florida for $10. All it needed was a SIM card tray, not a SIM reader! So they lied to me, tried to rip me off, and never once contacted me except for the last call there they probably thought, hey, let's get $85 off her. So glad they're too lazy and disorganized to follow through...

Let me start by staying the glass on the back of my phone did get fixed; however everything else about my experience with this store makes me say DO NOT go here. My husband called to get an idea of how much they charge for the glass to be replaced on an iphone, he was told $89. When I showed up to drop off said phone I was told it would actually be $100. When I came back the next day suddenly the price was $110 and they would only take cash, despite me telling them I was given two other prices. Now suddenly my Face ID does not work and the volume buttons also do not work which was not the case prior to me bringing my phone in.
