I rarely make bad reviews.

I will never go to this location again. I've been meaning to visit this location for a while since I saw they're a little newer, I finally made it and was very disappointed.

I came Monday 5/30/22 at 2:45pm, and the girl working the drive-thru had a terrible attitude.

I ordered a toasted croissant with a slice of cheese added (my order every day since forever), and I see she charged me for an egg and cheese croissant. So I told her "I'm sorry, no egg, just cheese and croissant" She says RUDELY "I heard what you said!" Then proceeded to tell me that this is the only way to do it. Which it's not, like I said i order this every day and have never had anyone try to overcharge me.

If the girl didn't have such a terrible attitude I would have continued with my order, I told her no thank you and went to the location 2 minutes away.

Why would I come back here when there are so many other locations within a mile raduis with employees that are...

I recently visited Dunkin' Donuts to grab my usual order of a medium coffee with an extra shot of espresso and a sausage egg and cheese sandwich. However, upon arriving at the office, I discovered that I had been given a cinnamon coffee instead. When I returned to rectify the mistake, I encountered extremely rude and unapologetic service from the staff member. Not only did she barely apologize after I requested it, but she also displayed disrespectful behavior by smacking the window at me. Additionally, the staff's conversation in a language other than English, presumptively Indian, in front of customers further added to the unpleasant experience. Overall, this was the worst customer service encounter I've ever had at Dunkin' Donuts, and it left me extremely dissatisfied...

By far the worst customer service I've experienced. Walked in with my 5 year old hardly any donuts left it was 1pm. The man behind the counter took 2 minutes to greet me and kept working on making a coffee I'm guessing for the drive thru as the place was empty. After 5 minutes he finally looked my way and I ordered a dozen donuts mixed didn't matter which ones he put in there. He just stared at me. If it wasn't because I was taking the donuts to the firehouse I would've walked out. The audacity to not even say thank you to a customer is just mind-blowing. I would never recommend this Dunkin to anyone and I rated it one star because unfortunately there isn't zero to choose from. Change your attitude or...
