Dunkin' — Restaurant in Jefferson Township

I recently had the pleasure of visiting this Dunkin' Donuts location, and my experience was exceptional, all thanks to the wonderful manager Shalini, Karan, and the friendly staff. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm smile and a sense of genuine hospitality.

Manager Shalini clearly sets the tone for a positive experience. She was not only attentive to the needs of each customer but also ensured that everything ran smoothly throughout my visit. It was clear that Shalini values creating a welcoming atmosphere for both customers and staff, and her leadership was evident in the efficiency and positivity that surrounded me.

Karan, in particular, stood out for his remarkable ability to handle the busy rush. Despite the line of customers, he made sure every order was accurate and prepared quickly, all while maintaining a calm and friendly demeanor. You can tell Karan has fostered a supportive and positive work environment, which really shines through in the service provided.

Mona, another staff member, also deserves a mention for her courtesy and patience. She was genuinely attentive to my needs, making sure I was satisfied with my coffee and donut selection. Her friendly attitude made the experience even more pleasant.

I left with a smile on my face, feeling as though I’d received personalized service, even in the middle of a bustling store. It’s rare to see such a great team dynamic, and Karan, Shalini, and Mona certainly deserve recognition for their outstanding service and leadership.

I would’ve given this place 5 stars but after my most recent experience I’m gonna have to think twice. It’s a small location, and service is fine, but one of the employees was so disrespectful, to the point where she almost refused service. My friend had ordered something, and while she was reciting our order my friend corrected her politely because the employee had said the wrong thing, I also asked for something where the employee gave me the wrong order I politely asked if she’s could switch it out because that wasn’t what I ordered, I understand that i wasn’t clear on what i wanted but when I asked politely she rolled her eyes and gave me and my friend an attitude, I NEVER want to come here again, I want you all to keep an eye on the employees because they were very unprofessional she made it seem like she didn’t even want to be there and was in it for the money, and I’m aware that most of us are in it for the money, but she at least needs to make the consumers feel welcome. She shouldn’t be a cashier if she doesn’t even do her job correctly. Hey fellow Google Map users! ☺️ I went to this Dunkin’ today, Tuesday, March 14, 2023 for a remote work day. I stayed from around 11 am - 3 pm. The lady that took my order, I forgot her name, but I heard in a conversation that she’s turning or was currently 21. She was really nice. I tried a new drink, a strawberry dragonfruit green tea. I’m a pretty person and didn’t end up liking it.

Overall, I had a good experience at this Dunkin’. I definitely plan to come back here when I have remote work days and want to get out of the house as well as when I’m in this area. The music being played was at a very god volume, enough to hear it but also not crazy loud as well. I really liked the layout and the variety in seating.
