Giovanni's Pizza — Restaurant in Jefferson Township

The the person that runs the place and makes your pizza here is a complete lunatic. I ordered a football size pizza which was almost and it had spots of red tomato sauce almost near to none. I called and asked about this and he went crazy on the phone talking about that's how he makes his nasty pizza. I warn you do not order from this place the pizza is nasty frozen pizza is better and for long as customer service is terrible he didn't even offer a partial refund that guy is a nutjob and should definitely get reprimanded. His business is definitely not going to be doing so well if he Continues to talk/treat his new and potential life long customers this way and I spend thousands of dollars on take out pizza this guy really missed out to bad for his poor business cause he seemed to really have needed those $40 bucks it seems and why not you shouldn't treat your customers very harshly/aggressively I'm going to report this guy to...

My friend suggested we meet at Giovanni's Pizza recently because he said that that it was very close to Vito's Pizza which I grew up eating and miss a lot since they closed. Giovanni's isn't a big place. It has two tables and a place to eat near the front window. It looks like it does a ton of deliveries after seeing how busy it was in the back. I had 2 slices of Sausage Pizza and thought they were out of this world. The taste was phenomenal and my friend was right, it was VERY similar to Vito's. The owner Giovanni spent some time talking with us and told us about his recent trip to Positano, Italy. He was very nice and the reason Giovanni's Pizza is such an awesome place, I really liked the pizza when I left that day and now come to think about it, I like it even more. It's a fantastic neighborhood pizza place. You can keep your "Chicago Style Pizza", I'll take the great neighborhood pies. I can't wait...

Ordered through a third party... paid for two ingredients on pizza but asked only to place each on half... pizza delivered incorrectly made. (Specifically ordered this way for child who won’t eat one of the ingredients). Along with this order I paid for an additional 2L of 7up and a sandwich deluxe that comes with fries and pop. Can of pop and 2L was missing. When I called restaurant to rectify... I was told that the order came with small writing and unable to notice specific instructions. Called third party to rectify. Gave them two stars instead of one because Driver was sent back with missing pop. Again paid for additional 2L of 7up and was still delivered a 2L of RC (not happy since we don’t do caffeine) Tiramisu delivered wrapped in wax paper and placed in paper bag.
