Jollibee was a special request for my sons birthday. Its was a weekday and end up arriving to the location like 30mins before closing due to an hour drive to this location. I ordered the 12pieces of chicken and more, worth $100plus. When I ordered the chicken I asked her for 6pcs original and 6pcs spicy but then she replied “we cant do anymore spicy chicken coz its already 8:35pm and by the time its done its 9:10 and they closed at 9:00pm.” I specifically asked her. “Are u sure u cant do it anymore? Its for a bday” and she said NO MAAM. I totally understand because its closing time and I moved on. It is what it is. Then added an order of 3 adobo rice and they only have 1 left and NO mac and cheese anymore. And thats totally fine because its too late. After like 5minutes staff J. said that they can make the spicy chicken now if theres enough order. And I am like great! I will take 6pieces. She checked with her manager D. and agreed to make the spicy chicken. There comes my order and as I go the service area they said they didnt make the chicken anymore because theres not enough order for spicy chicken and 1 tray needs to be 10pieces. “At time I was confused and just ignored and took my order”. We finished eating. And we have to many left over so I went to the service area again to get bags to go just to see that they have new cooked spicy chicken on the chicken rack. I was like “I thought u guys are not making anymore spicy chicken” Staff J. replied that they had to make more because there are so many orders. I told her she should have told me that they making more and she responded that “well u took ur order and already ate. Also u will ended up waiting for another 20mins for the spicy chicken.” I replied to her that if she told me they are making more I can wait since we drive all the way to Chicago but nobody asked. But she said “Maam if u want the chicken u can buy it” am like No thanks we have more chicken left, but my mother came to the service area and she said she will order the spicy chicken that in the rack. My mom ordered 6pieces of spicy chicken but Staff J says theres only 4 left. And we’re like thats fine lets just get the 4 spicy and 2 original. After my mom paid I went back to my seat and waited for our order. And then my mom called me because she was told that the spicy chicken is sold out after she just paid for it. I was furious at that time. Unacceptable! Why would u tell my mom that she can pay for the 4 spicy chicken thats left and not give it her. And staff J. says “oh we have u extra chicken strips and biscuits( I dont need those extra food but the spicy chicken) I started talking to them how unacceptable this customer service. First to tell me that they are not gonna make anymore spicy chicken for the night and lie about it. And the whole thing was just a messed. When I confronted staff J about whats going on she doesnt even let me talk. I have to tell her to please stop talking and let me explain. Manager D. was there and has nothing to say. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS BEYOND RIDICULOUS!
I was very upset leaving this restaurant. The manager came up to me just before leaving and gave me extra burgers but the damage was already done and I dont need those burgers to make me feel better. For me to write this long review I am very disappointed in this restaurant on how they handle this customer. If I can give ZERO STAR, I WILL. ( I cannot add a photo on this review but order detail...
Read moreOrdered online at this location. Order email said pickup at 3:24. We showed up right around then, just a minute or two after. Waited for another minute or two for an employee behind the counter to acknowledge us. We told them we had an online or, and they said that they were putting it together right then. 10 minutes pass and no food handed over. Manager see me standing and still waiting, and comments that they were waiting of "fresh tenders". I said, "That's fine, just please be sure to freshen up the rest of the food since it has already been sitting there for ten minutes." He acknowledged and confirmed. Another ten minutes go by, still no food. That same manager asked a question about the spicy chicken sandwich we had ordered. Then finally 3-5 minutes later, food was finally served. Still needed to correct them though as they had shorted a pineapple drink. The fries were terrible, gravy was delicious, chicken was just whatever, spaghetti was.... interesting, drinks were fantastic, and the pie was pretty good. Definitely extremely disappointed in the experience on a whole. We understand that they are "short staffed", but waiting over 30 minutes from order time for food to be handed over to the customer is totally unacceptable. We could have gone to a dine in place for the same wait time and price. Also, SO many other customers waited a fraction of the time, including other online orders. And at the end of all the waiting, no thank you for your patience or apology for the delay... and we were very kind and patient.

Read moreI bought 2 piece of chicken joy with spaghetti today, 04/01. My fault for not opening the food before leaving the store but when I was about to eat the food in the dining area (the one in front of crispy town. And just fyi I ate there cause my family bought something from grill city and crispy town as I am aware that the dining area is exclusively for their customers). Anyway, when I opened it, I saw that they gave me palabok and not spaghetti. I went back to the store and showed them the receipt and the food and was shocked when the cashier actually took it and brought to the kitchen. Usually, they either give it to you which I don’t care if they did not or let you see that they throw it away. But no, from what the conversation between the two staffs (the cashier who took my order and the one who gave me the food) the cashier kept on telling her co-worker that she interchanged my order and the other customer’s order so I was thinking will they give the palabok to the other person? I felt bad. I know I didn’t touch it but that is still unacceptable to do that. When the cashier gave me the right food, I actually told her in a nice way that I hope she throw away the food, I think she was shocked when I said that. With the pandemic that is going on, they should really be careful with protecting their customers. Like I said, it was also my fault not to check the food but still the cashier should have not taken the food back, the only reason I brought it is I want to show her that I really got the palabok. I was so disappointed. I know your food is good but still not a reason to put your customer’s at risk. To the other customers, please be...
