Our family has been getting the mango cake from this bakery for years. It was a staple at our celebrations, and everyone looked forward to it. The cake used to be beautifully topped with chunks of fresh mango, which made it taste bright, fresh, and delicious.

Unfortunately, when we picked one up today, we noticed right away that something was different. The cake looked smaller and seemed to be missing a layer. When we asked about it, the woman at the counter insisted it was the same cake, but when we got home and tried it, it was clear that it wasn't.

The top wasn't fully covered like it used to be. Instead, it had some kind of mango gel with just a few mango pieces on top. The cake tasted dry and just didn’t have the same flavor or freshness we loved.

We understand that businesses have had to adjust due to inflation, but it’s disappointing to see the quality go down while the prices go up. Sadly, we won’t be ordering from here again. It’s unfortunate because we truly loved this cake and always chose it for our family events, but today everyone was disappointed. We’ll have to find a new bakery...

I went here yesterday to pick up a 6-pack of Ube Mamon. I was excited that there was a promotion going on to receive a free Butter Mamon (which I have never tried). Unfortunately, this morning when I opened the package to have the Butter Mamon with my morning coffee, there was mold on top (exp. 8/22). OK, no big deal, it was free anyway right? I threw this one away and went for an Ube instead. No mold this time, but when I bit into the cake there were several small lumps of HARD, sour-tasting, almost caustic-feeling powder that made me immediately spit out the cake and search for water to clean my mouth. It's such a shame that there seems to be no quality control of this product whatsoever! In the future I will aim to support local, Filipino-owned bakeries who bake their products with love instead of selling...

Bought 40 pcs mamon- asked if the food could be placed in boxes instead of plastic bags alto make it more organized and easier for transport. The cashier had to ask their manager if it’s okay to provide boxes for our mamon. What?? Why?? Do you have a strict policy that boxes are for cakes only? Are you going to run out if you had to use it for our orders? What a joke. Our mamon cakes were packed in 3 boxes in the end after getting the votes from the Congress lol. Love their butter mamon. Classic. And they have better palabok compared...
