Worst experience I've ever had. I'm a born and raised Cubs fan all my life. So, I bled Cubbie blue. Since I've moved and now live in Tennessee. I wanted 2 take represent Cubs nation. I went in 2 purchase a Hoerner 2 Cubs jersey. So, I picked out an XL jersey and had them place his name and number, along with the sleeve patches I wanted. As they were working on the jersey, I was looking around the story and purchasing a shirt 4 my Cubs shirt 4 my wife. They called me over once they were finished and gave me the jersey after I paid a good amount of 💰 4 it. Well, this is were the worst experience really begins. I got 2 where I was staying in Chicago and showed my wife the Cubs jersey. She said it looked kind of small. So, I looked at the size of the jersey and it was the WRONG size. I immediately called the store 2 let them.know they place ahoerner's name, number, and the 2 patches on the WRONG jersey size.and that I was going back 2 have them do it right. Once, I got back 2 Claet Street Sports, I was told that the only thing they would B able 2 do, is reduce Hoerner's name and number 4 free, but that I would have 2 repurchase the 2 sleeve patches. I advised her that she had told her co-worker the size I needed and gave her all the instructions she needed 2 give me the correct Cubs jersey. I wasn't going 2 repay 4 any patches because it was there mistake. Remember, now these jerseys R not cheap. After much debate, she finally relented and started making a new jersey. I repacked out the new patches and waited longer as she was texting and being on her phone B4 she finally finished the jersey. Instead this time, I was not leaving until I inspected the finished product. And can U believe. The Cubbie sleeve patch heated through so much that it caused the glue 2 🔥 through and was very noticeable. I brought it up 2 there attention but she was like, what. I don't C anything. I had enough and asked 2 speak with the manager. She when over 2 him and spoke with him 4 a little bit. Once he came over, I explained 2 him what has happen and showed him side by side the differences between the jerseys and the patches. Then I asked him ,if he would spend the amount of 💰 I'm spending 4 a dirty patch on a brand new Cubs jersey. He couldn't even answer the question as he tried 2 stare me down. I asked him again, if he would buy an expensive Cubs jersey the the glue pet him which now stained the 1 he wanted me 2 take 🏡. I told him straight up. If he would said yes. He was lying because of the amount of money 💰 it cist. He asked if I wanted another jersey. Which I could tell he didn't want 2 do that 4 me. So, he asked if I wanted a refund. I said, "YES." Now the female co-worker told me earlier, they didn't do refunds on custom jersey, (LIE) . I leave without getting what I wanted as a representation of my support 4 the team I love. This was the WORST experience I've ever had and would never tell any1 2 go there because of how I was treated as a customer, heck as a person. So, I'm now back home in Tennessee without my Cubs jersey and not being able 2 show that Cubbie Nation is strong and lives up in the hills. So, I would say, go somewhere else B4 walking in2 Clark...

What a great place to find all the Chicago sports gear you need. After having moved out of the Chicago area to rural Arkansas and wanting some gifts for a grandson I ordered some jerseys through Amazon. When the deliveries didn't arrive on time I was desperate. That's when I first discovered Clark Street Sports. I called and they had the jersey my grandson wanted in his size and I got it to him in time for his birthday. When I came to Chicago to visit family I made a point of visiting the Lawrence Ave store. I needed a Walter Payton Jersey for a 7 year old and they had one. The owner and the staff are outstanding people. The selection of Chicago sports gear is enormous. I have visited twice since then and will likely do so whenever I'm up visiting family. Absolutely amazing! I was wanting to get four jerseys customized. Started with Chris at the Clark street location who was a huge help but said I should go to the location on Lawrence. I needed a special color scheme that they didnt have in stock. No worries… the lawrence location has done a number of jerseys for me and they’ve all been great!

Went to the Lawrence location and worked with Tony. We went through all of the color options. He even looked through what other teams might have the color i needed… he even called other stores trying to get my jerseys perfect!

I ended up changing my color scheme to make things easier. Went back to the lawrence location and placed my order. The staff could not have been more helpful!

I picked up my jerseys today and they are awesome! Thank you
