McDonald's — Restaurant in Jefferson Township

Don't take all reviews in consideration, there are 4 McDonald's in the same terminal (3 owned by one person and one owned by another person on the L side of the terminal ). It's impossible to tell which one they're reviewing. The food court McDonald's (first picture you see, L side is the other McDonald's pictured) is the busiest of the two and is usually packed so it's quite understandable if your wait time is extended than the usual. Prices are higher than regular McDonald's but it's an airport not your local dinner, expect prices to be higher. Overall it's an average eating experience, typical food court environment, and is actually the most affordable food at the airport. So, google if you're reading this separate the reviewing so that it is for each location as they all provide different arrangements, personnel and in this case food (Food court does not sell "upgraded" coffee drinks, hot chocolate and a few...

There was 1 hour until breakfast was over. Approached the counter and all they had was oatmeal and McMuffin’s + that’s it. No other options. I asked the lady if we could get lunch instead since they didn’t have anymore breakfast. She said no. We settled for the sandwiches + drinks. Waited for food for 5 mins. A white lady walks up + asks for lunch. They allow her to order lunch. I asked the manger why we couldn’t get lunch. She states well we are out of breakfast + the lady will still have to wait for lunch because no food is ready. Ok well I would have waited for lunch especially since we had to settle for something we didn’t want. Just doesn’t make sense at all. Horrible customer service + apparently the manager doesn’t know how to order food or run the store properly. I spent almost $20 for 3 sandwiches, iced coffee and a sprite. Today gets a 5 star due to the fact this kid name Raul was bussing his ass for every customer. here's my review I'm a flyer here at O'Hare often and I always visit this McDonald's now my background is African American and it's sad Everytime I visit the person thats the runner is usually African American and the service is terrible now I'm not trying to make this a race war but this kid name Raul who I believe is Mexican was getting the job done 100 percent from here you go sir, what would you like how may I help you, have a great day while helping other employees this is the type of service that will keep me coming back I pray someone in the corp office see's this and pay's Raul a visit with a good reward today's date 11-11-2017 time was around 3:40 pm...
