I have to rate this in two categories: One star for cleanliness. Four stars for average food quality over multiple dining visits. Let's begin with the bad....if there's one thing that'll put a customer off to dining at your establishment it's unsanitary conditions. On this visit I wasn't in a rush and had the opportunity to browse over the food assembly area, what I found is unacceptable. Above the open and/or covered food serving bins on the glass counter frame was thick grease with heavy dust. It was across the entire interior of the glass counter. Add to that old food particulates stuck around the base and you have yourself an unsanitary work station. See attached photos. For the heck of it, I inspected the other restaurant serving areas in the food court and found no similar issues. This needs to be addressed asap and the staff should be trained on proper cleaning and sanitizing of the entire serving areas inside and out. As for the good, well almost. Usually my visits here are without issue, on this occasion the spanish rice contained overcooked grains which made consuming my chicken burrito a challenge as I had to spit out the hard bits. Although it may be against restaurant policy, the kitchen staff should occasionally test for product quality by feeling and/or tasting the food. So for an average across all the times I've visit, there's a four star review potential.

This place is average, and that is really the perfect word to describe it. If you have ate Chipotle, Moe’s, Qdoba, or Tijuana Flats, the food here is surely to disappoint. While the food tastes good and the pricing is amazing for an airport ($7 for a bowl), the workers are rude and seem to skimp on the food you actually receive. I ordered a bean and rice bowl, as I wanted guacamole. Usually, at Chipotle, they would give you a good serving of guacamole on your bowl; here, they filled a tiny container of guacamole up on the side, which was disappointing. Furthermore, the worker was very rude, and seemed to be rushing me throughout my entire order. As a result, he didn’t put half the things I wanted in my bowl. One last thing: don’t get the quesadilla. It is literally a quesadilla you would make at home, and is not worth the money. Overall, a bowl is definitely a cost-friendly food item in this airport, as long as you can manage the rude staff and get everything you want in your food.

First, I was not impressed with the quality or taste. Second, it was my first time at this restaurant. I asked the first guy a few questions about the bowls, he was not interested in helping me. Then I was particularly disappointed in the incredibly small portion. May look like a good portion, but they use a large layer of basic lettuce so it ends up being about half the weight of food you’d get from Chipotle. And it’s more expensive than Chipotle. I noticed is was small right away and asked the 2nd guy if he could do anything to help a hungry guy out. He said no, and proceeded to scoop precisely small portions into my bowl. To make my experience even worse, there was a manager arguing with an employee over the counter directly in front of the register such that the cashier and I had to work around them to finish my transaction. Do not recommend.

Burrito Beach has truly mastered the art of delivering exceptional service and mouthwatering quesadillas in a beach-inspired setting.

From the moment you walk up, you're greeted with a warm welcome and efficient service that ensures you're never waiting long to indulge in their delicious offerings. The staff here are not only fast but incredibly friendly, making your dining experience all the more enjoyable.

Now, let's talk about their quesadillas—they are simply fantastic! Whether you opt for classic chicken, beef, or a veggie option, each quesadilla is generously filled and expertly grilled to perfection. The cheese oozes just right, blending harmoniously with the flavorful fillings, all wrapped in a tortilla that's both crispy and tender. It's a delightful blend of textures and flavors that never fails to satisfy.

Burrito Beach isn't just about great food; it's about the overall experience. The casual, beachy ambiance adds to the enjoyment, making it a perfect spot for a quick bite or a leisurely meal with friends and family.

As a flight attendant, my diet consists of primarily airport cuisine, and Burrito Beach is my...

825am 2/24 Karen P - supposedly the MOD as she was bossing around other employees, insulting them infront of your customers about their apparent slowness on their break, ignored the gentleman on the line who informed her my order came with chips and salsa. Rang me up and processed my payment without first confirming my order while trying to get drink orders for other people in line behind me. So when I was handed just my burrito and I stood there waiting for the rest of my food, she rudely asked me what I was waiting for. I said I ordered chips and salsa, the guy on the line confirmed he told her (which I'm also unsure as to why he didn't place the chips and salsa in my bag) and then wanted to stop the line process to ring me up again.

Your employees are capable of telling their own break times without someone insulting them. The person who is in charge of ringing up guests should be focused on that instead of micromanaging and insulting other employees. I opted to not beg up again and walked away as I didn't want to subject myself to your employee anymore.

Positive: guy on the grill...
