First of all the server Barbara was totally overworked! She was the ONLY person waiting on all the tables.. she was a bit standoffish in the beginning but then I got her talking and things went more smoothly.
However, she forgot about my drink when she said how are things and I said well we're waiting on my drink and she forgot to put the order in. I don't blame her, she was the only one working! I did ask for one particular item on my sparkling guava margarita not to be put in and the bartender still put it in. The drink was pink and it shouldn't have been because I didn't want the pink grapefruit put in...but it was... And the most expensive Margarita I have EVER paid for which was $24.50! I couldn't even finish it ... in my husband even helped me drink some of it.
My chicken artichoke sandwich was phenomenal and that's the only reason I'm giving three stars!
I really felt sorry for our server Barbara because she was going rampant but she made sure all the tables got cleaned off and this restaurant needs to have another person working.
But would I go back there again? No way... Do not...

I am writing to formally express my disappointment regarding the service I received at the ICE Bar located in Chicago O’Hare International Airport.
While I understand that the staff member on duty was working alone and may have been overwhelmed, her attitude and demeanor were unnecessarily rude and unprofessional. As a customer, I approached with patience and understanding, recognizing that being the only person on shift can be stressful. However, her tone, lack of courtesy, and dismissive behavior made the experience unpleasant and uncomfortable.
Airports are often high-stress environments for travelers, and a little kindness and professionalism can go a long way. Unfortunately, that was not my experience at this location. I believe in giving people grace, especially when they’re under pressure, but basic respect and hospitality should never be compromised.
I hope this matter is addressed appropriately to ensure future guests are treated with the level of service and respect they deserve.
Thank you for your time and attention to this...
Read moreThere were numerous flight delays due to weather, therefore there were many people with no place to sit for hours. My husband asked the bartender if it would be alright if some people sat there for awhile. (I dont know what his name was). About 30 min later a VERY RUDE guy named Antoine or Antonio, he turned away from me when I asked his name, so I couldnt see his name tag, but I saw it as he turned. He was pushing and shoving the chairs demanding people get up now. I asked to speak to his manager, and he asked why. I said because you are very rude. He scoffed at me and said that he wasnt rude, and that I didnt need to speak to his manager. This man started YELLING at me...arguing that he needed to take the chairs in and that he wasnt ride. Wow!! Customer relations at its worst. I guess now, employees can shove people around, deny they are being an ass, refuse to give his name when asked, deny a request to speak to a manager and just go on treating people like crap...as long as nobody...
