I get to the drive-through, then the usual "can I take your order" I was about to order five items, by the time the words "one small fry" came out my mouth, the lady taking my order tells me to hold on, 1-100, 2-100, 3-100, 4-100.........well about 3 minutes later, she comes back on and I complete my order. Then the cherry on top, "we're not taking credit cards" what????? They had me sit there 5+ minutes to tell me "cash only" ok I want to talk to a manger, "ok, pull up to the first window" manager show up tells me the same thing, with the excuse that power went out, can't take credit cards. You can take orders, all the crazy machinery the have in the restaurant works, but the most important aspect of your business doesn't? How carries cash these days, sure if I was to travel to a third world country, but here, McDonald's, a Fortune 500. But ok stuff happens, but I'm from the neighborhood, and been coming here for the past 10 years, what they should have done if give me the order for free, oh and my order was under $10. I never review restaurants online, nor any other type of business, if I have an issue I always get it taken care of with a manager, but this McDonald's, almost every time I was there they managed to ruin my orders, form getting the wrong stuff, missing items, sitting in the drive through for 15min, drinks always spilled on the sides of the cups, people their having attitudes, seen it all in the 10 years. But this was the last straw. McDonald's, your getting to big for your own good, but here is an idea, backup power!!! Or maybe you should revisit BCP, or business continuity plan, because if every other business out there couldn't take credit cards every time a small rain shower showed up.... My three year old really wanted to have his meal form there, and try to explain to three year old that his not getting his food because they don't take cc's. However I scurried to Wendy's on Harlem, got there, took my order and was gone in about three minutes, Wendy's you rock!!!! McDonald's maybe you should send your people there to see what Wendy's is doing right because as of now you just lost 25+...
Read moreI have never been so insulted in my life as I have been at this McDonald’s for the second time this year I have gone there and ordered the same exact thing every single time. I just re-order it on the app the first time I was missing for McChicken’s and was asked to see the bag multiple times as if they have a search dog to sniff out the missing McChicken‘s Then again today I was missing a single McChicken and I was told that I cannot get free food food that I paid for and it’s a McChicken as if I am going to try and scam McDonald’s out of a free McChicken when I have a receipt and it was missing. I hope that they take the time out of their day today to look at the cameras and apologize because I have never been so insulted in my life to think that I would scam McDonald’s out of a McChicken of all things. And I let it go the first time because I figured everyone has bad days, but to be accused and so rudely insulted to be accused of trying to steal food when I paid for it is so...
Read moreToday is 12/30. I went inside because I thought it would be quicker since there was no cars outside in the drive thru and the mcDonald’s was not busy at all. Decided what I want to get tonight and was ready to pay. There was no Apple Pay in the self register so I decided to pay at the register. I was waiting literally 5 minutes for someone to come and cash me out. There was a thing that I didn’t really enjoy is that there was 3 people that came in after me and everyone got their big orders before me. I was standing and waiting probably for 20 minutes for fully completed order. I didn’t mind it since i wasn’t in rush. After I got my order, I went to my car and realised that there was 1 barbecue sauce instead of 3 ranch cups that paid money for, I went inside and didn’t see a big problem with it… When I drove away I realised that they didn’t give me Sprite that I asked and paid for. The taste of food was also not the best. I do not recommend...
