Taylor ham, egg and cheese please! Dont forget a side of made to order homefries made from fresh cut potatoes (special order-add onions) and a never ending cup of delicious coffee. Staff is always friendly and welcomes you with a smile. Regulars aren't customers, they are family. Owner Christa V. does a great job of making you feel at home offering extremely reasonable prices and fabulous home cooking. Definitely one of my favorite places in NJ. Lunch and dinner specials are always different and home cooked as well. Paul and Christa's diner is a hidden gem in Morris county!

I stopped at this place alone. I could tell instantly that everyone knew each other in there. It's a very cute building with old school diner vibes, I sat at the counter and there was a fish tank on it which was fun. I got an omelette meal and it was great! Really happy I found this spot. It's cash only

Very cute diner. Cash only but they have an atm. The have the usual diner fair but great service. It's a very clean place too. It's in a nice spot with lots of parking. They have lots of breakfast options and the French toast is great.

I used to live up the road in Lk Winona but moved to Va years ago. Paul & Christas was a favorite place of mine & several friends. It's been several years since I went back to visit but I always made it a point to stop in while up there. She makes a phenomenal Cajun, cheddar cheese burger and is the only one of all the restaurants I've been to, that knows how to make fries really, really crispy (almost burnt). The last time (4 yrs ago?) I and some friends stopped in for lunch. The waitress took the orders and I asked her to ask Christa if she remembered how to cook the fries. When she went back with the order and asked Christa, Christa didn't even look out to see who it was; she just yelled out "I remember". A little while later she came out and we all talked for a while. I recommend this restaurant...

The food at Paul and Christa's is amazing, but their waitstaff needs better training—particularly the waitress working this morning. My boyfriend and I visited today and were seated, but for 15 minutes, we waited without anyone stopping by to ask for our drink or food order, or even to acknowledge us. The place wasn't crowded, and there were two waitresses on the floor, one of whom was chatting at the counter. After 15 minutes, we got up and left. We've been to Paul and Christa's many times, even during busy periods when we've had to wait for a table, and we've always received prompt service. However, today, it felt like we were invisible. With plenty of other diners and places to eat, we won't...

This was an all around pretty awful experience. Went with 3 kids, watched two tables who arrived after us receive all their food. Waited nearly a hour. When we finally received food, it was mediocre at best. Complained about the very clearly rotten avocado I was served. Chef (Christa?) acknowledged it when I brought it up, yet still served it. Ambience is charming if you want to take the time machine back to 1960. General cleanliness left a lot to be desired. And after all that, discovered it was CASH ONLY. In 2023. The waitress was very nice and I felt badly for her given she had no control of the...
