The idea of this place is amazing and it probably was at some point. We went for my one year old's birthday, today.
The "Cafe" had a Melissa and Doug pizza maker set, a pot and pan, 2 bowls with pretend Mac n cheese or cereal, and pretend cleaning supplies. No pretend food... No spoons or spatula to pretend to cook the non existent food.
Salon was dirty and had a washer and dryer with nothing to play with.
The Market was a few condiments and a basket of fruit. No shopping cart, bags, or groceries to play with.
Vet clinic had a dog to wash and medicine for an animal.
The police station had absolutely nothing to play with inside.
The fire truck had an outfit.
The boat had no fishing equipment. There was a pirate vest.
The classroom had the most, it included a desk with 3 books, a clock and a shoe to tie, there was a puppet show box, and a magnetic letter board.
The Lego wall had 20 Legos tops.
The construction area was decent. Tools, balls, jumbo blocks and screws.
The sensory room "calm down room" was a no entrance.
The way to it was random things on the wall like a floor door mat.
The sensory room has no paper to draw at the table, and the projector was broken.
Doesn't look anything like the pictures. I was disappointed and it's a shame, thought the idea was great. Isn't anything like the pictures online. It was a weekend and only one other...

The most upsetting part of our experience had to be that the heat was broken in the party area. We were told that they'd "try to fix it" but at no point did the temperature in the room get above 57 degrees on a cold winter day (the lake was visibly frozen outside!)
Many of the facilities were out of order including the bathroom, an aquarium area and the elevator. Many of the facilities inside the play area were broken and "repaired" haphazardly with duct tape.
To get inside one must walk up two flights of these blue stairs surrounded by garbage.
Some of the areas are put together in such a strange way as well. I have no pictures of the door mat randomly stapled to a hallway wall, but other reviews make mention of it as well.
The photos attached to this review should speak for themselves. The children seemed to have fun which is the most important part I guess, but at an immense cost to the adults.
The idea of this business is so cute but the execution leaves a lot to be desired. We left here cold, frustrated...
Read moreIt had been a while since I came here since my daughter was born, and we always loved it then when it was just my son, but we came back here over the weekend and boy I just remembered how awesome this place it. Always so clean, attentive and caring staff, plus they have added new things for the kids and new space for parties, I mean it’s just perfect. The room is small enough that you can keep and eye on things but the kids have plenty to do. The snacks at the front desk are completely reasonably priced. There is an awesome photo booth at the front that’s FREE. I’m so used to being nickel and dimed every where we go that this was a breath of fresh air. My kids had a blast and even though we had to leave, we were able to re-enter later so we ended spending a most all day there. Plus they are almost always open which is huge for these kinds of places. I love that they post their monthly schedule ahead of time so there is no question as to when you can go. Awesome place to go!!! Great cool option...
