Just ordered 2 footlongs from this location using the promo code FREESUB (Buy 1 Get 1 Free) I used my app but updated the payment to my husbands credit card. After I placed the order I got a call from an employee telling me that I have to bring my lD to the location when picking up, I said no problem my husband who is picking up the food will bring it. Anyway it was strange I got a call like that but the big surprise was when the sandwiches arrived. The tuna had almost no tuna and the subway melt had just a tiny bit of turkey and 3 pieces of bacon.. Mostly everything was lettuce. They were cold and had no cheese even though I ordered toasted with American cheese. Very disappointed because I feel like when there are promotions like this they still need to make the sandwiches good that's the reason for promotions so the customer likes a particular item and goback for it again... The guy working almost refused to give me the bottled drink I ordered. I ordered for pickup and chose the bottled sprite instead of a fountain drink in which it did not charge me an up charge like it would have if I were in store. When I went to pickup, He refused to give me my bottled drink and argued with me about what type of drink comes with a meal. It doesn’t matter what comes with the meal! It matters that I get what I ordered! Kept telling me “you paid 7.99 that’s it” but that’s because I used a coupon that came in the paper! I literally had to go through the steps ordering to show him it gave me both options without charge and still would not give me my drink. I had to stand my ground before he finally gave in. Wow just wow. Made an online order and every single time they mess up the order or doesn't follow the instructions. All this time I kept quiet but this time I was just fed up. I ordered a club sandwich which has bacon and they forgot to toast it and they forgot to put cheese. I called the store to make a complaint about it, asking them how they can give a bacon sandwich without toasting it. The lady kept arguing she toasted and put cheese in it. I told her I want to make a complaint to the manager and she just hung up the phone on me.
