Subway — Restaurant in Jefferson Township

I stopped in to buy two cookies while waiting for my train and politely asked if I could sit for about an hour and a half to do some homework while I waited for my train. Metra had cancelled a service and I decided to get a snack while I waited for the train to arrive. The employee said it was fine to stay while I waited, but later told me I couldn't sit at the high table (even though l've sat there before with no problem and it wasn't even busy) Then I was told that if I wanted to stay, I would need to buy a sandwich. (This was only 30 minutes in and I didn't do anything wrong.) When I asked the gentleman he said it was alright to stay and NEVER told me it was required to buy a sandwhich. He immediately switched up and kept giving me dirty stares. But, even though I had already had made a purchase as a paying customer. I was respectful, quiet, and not taking up space unnecessarily, but the inconsistent and unfair treatment made me...

I've eaten here and gotten delivery from this location many times in the past and never had a bad experience, until this past Tuesday. Ordered for delivery, my salad was missing the cheese that I chose and the avocado that I paid extra for. Some of the lettuce was brown and wilted. And the delivery person forgot the soda I ordered, went back to get it and then simply left it outside my place of work without letting me know he had done so. I went on the Subway website to report my bad experience and still haven't heard a peep from anyone. Would have been nice to at the very least be acknowledged, and maybe given a refund for the avocado that I paid extra for. But if complaints are just going to be completely ignored then I won't ever eat at this...

I usually never write reviews but boy I had to write one about this subway! The owners or workers are the stingest subway employees I have ever met! I had to ask them do they charge for veggies because they give you below the bare minumum 3 pcs of spinach 2 olives, 1 cucumber, I have never seen it in my life! This happened on 2 occasions because I work in the same strip mall they would always get my business if they werent so petty but NOPE they are the worst! All of the pop machines are down and they charge $.30 for canned pop but you cant reuse your debit card like you knew before you paid all of the machines are down.. Cant stand the ppl at this location they will not be getting my business rather doordash another subway...
