Man I ordered about 6 tacos from here today on Lasalle and I'm sorry to say but these tacos were awful! You doubled the tortilla shells which is overload. You have to crisp the tortilla so it doesn't get soggy. U don't need to. Hardly any meat and it looked and tasted like it was boiled. No flavor. No brown texture on the meat. No seasoning. Then I got a Gringo, ribeye and shrimp taco. Messed up my order. No shrimp taco but I got charged for it. No ribeye so it was asada and no pico and guacamole. I told them to add onions and cilantro and they didn't listen and put only that and left out the original ingredients that makes the taco expensive. No cheese but alil drops I couldn't even see the cheese. The birria order was honestly pathetic! Hardly no meat and no flavor. No consume. I was upset this ruined my whole lunch and I honestly wish I could get my money back. I'm not trying to be mean but there was so much wrong with my order that it infuriated me. Okay, wow! I visited this restaurant food truck while at an event at the Donald E. Stephens Convention Center in Rosemont. I kept going back to the truck throughout the day because the line was always so long. Finally, I gave in and waited in line and boy was it worth it. The Mexican street corn was absolutely delicious. Their veggie bowl tasted similar to Chipotle, but even better. It was so delicious with fresh herbs and a hint of something I couldn’t quite pinpoint. Maybe mint? I’ve been going to this place a couple times now. The food is always delicious and fresh , taco full of meat. There rice and beans are so delicious and beans are always cooked RIGHT! I have brought friends here too and they have loved it as well! The sauces are homemade and delicious my favorite would have to be the green sauce it goes well with anything imo. The service is really good and Ive met the owner and hes very sweet and Ive never had any issues with my order and the vibe is always great the music is great I definitely recommend this place...
