This was a great find! We are from Seattle and found this as a Dinner close to Disney to give ourselves a break and a real meal and it was perfect! (If you are in Disney it isn’t more then a 7 or 8 minute drive) John greeted and waited on us and was a great host, very friendly and enthusiastic about the business and the food! Gf ordered the combination pho and gave it a 9.5/10 (she’s a little picky so this is high praise) and spring rolls (shrimp) which were good! recommends asking them to include bean sprouts. I am vegetarian and had to ask if the broth in the veggie pho was fully vegetarian, and after confirming this once or twice with John, I got exactly what I needed. The vegetarian broth was great on short notice, and the portions of noodles, tofu, and vegetables were generous. Bonus points for plenty of scallions, onion, and cilantro on top! I didn’t see any vegetarian appetizers on the menu and asked John if they could make me something, to which he offered spring rolls. I ended up with plates of fried spring rolls filled with taro, and fresh rolls with fried tofu. The cooks in the back worked off-menu to provide some great vegetarian food for my special requests! We especially liked how fresh all of the food was, not an imperfection in sight on the basil, veggies, shrimp, etc. no corners cut. the portion sizes were plenty for dinner. We were helped by all three workers to box up and bag leftovers, and they walked us to the door as we left. Overall a great and friendly experience, please make sure they succeed so we can come back on our next Cali...
Read moreI went there with my fiancé last Sunday and the food was really good. I had the special combination beef pho and my fiancé had the beef and flank pho. We also ordered the caramelized fish sauce wings. For the price, you get a pretty decent size bowl of pho. It may look like it wouldn’t fill you up but my fiancé and I couldn’t finish the soup and he usually finishes everything and then some. The price of the wings on the other hand is a bit pricey. You get 6 pieces with rice and some pickled carrots and cabbage. The flavor choices are interesting and I wanted to try the caramelized fish sauce wings because I love savory things and it was delicious. The waitress was attentive and respectfully had her mask up whenever she came over to check on us.
I live walking distance from this place and been in the neighborhood long enough to see a few bars and a soda fountain shop come and go at this location. This place is a nice change and I hope it sticks around. We will definitely go back to try other items on the menu and when their craft...
Read moreI love Pho, Ramen, Udon and such like, so any place that has such will pique my interest The addition of a brewery makes it a certainty I ordered the Pho with the brazilian steak. It came with fresh vegetables to add, and the soup itself was quite good. The meat was meaty with just a little fat to give it flavor. The broth was perfect, just a bit salty without being overly so. All the included veggies were perfect, and the noodles were the perfect consistency to compliment everything I got the pear cider as my first beer and the Viet coffee stout for my second. The cider was dry and had a hint of sweetness. The viet coffee stout was a little light on the coffee flavor, but still good Now, you might think that any type of soup and beer is an odd combination, and I would agree with you. Next time I come I'll probably either get the Pho and a different drink, or the beer and a different food The fact that i said I'll be back tells you that I enjoyed the location, I'm just a bit confused at the food and...
